The food is so good here! During my stay in Hualien, I ate here several times. Ask for an English menu. The menu has pictures to help, and I believe you can order any of the soup noodles (tang-mian) as dry noodles (gan-mian). I recommend the fatty pork rice (pronounced lu-rou-fan) which has fatty bits of pork belly and ground pork, and the ground pork dry noodles (rou-zao-gan-mian). The cold cucumbers were delicious (raw cucumbers marinated with garlic). See my photo of the address placard to locate the spot, which is immediately left of the placard. No. 6-1, Guolian 3rd Road.

餓到不知道吃什麼....在車站對面找了店家吃 連三攤看起來這家比較像樣 （後來發現三家都同老闆） 1⃣️餐點不好吃就算了 2⃣️還不熟有異味... 跟老闆娘反應 🙄️：說麵沒有熟 ：不可能！一定熟 🙄️：咬不下去...麵條中間都白心，根本沒有透 ：我們都有按照時間煮！你要吃軟的話，下次要說 🙄️：老闆娘你來看！三碗都是白心 堅持沒有不熟 直接跑出去跟他們店員說 我無禮....🙄️🙄️🙄️ 3⃣️態度真的很不佳！ 邀你進去跟有問題時差很多 ⚠️炸醬麵味道超級詭異！惡臭味 醬是冰的！是那種豆瓣肉醬加下去的 只有，滷肉飯略能吃...

Good service and food and air conditioned! We had the soy pork rice, braised cabbage, boiled green vegetables in sauce and pork balls in soup!...
