The only Starbuck in 虎尾（there is another one at the Speed Rail Station) it has nice warm atmosphere, it is also next to a bookshop where customers can take a walk through after getting their drinks, there is an upstairs area where group of students usually gather to do homework or chill. Service is usually fast...
