Young Chef Andy is full of passion and had his dad and mom helping. We tried the Hokkaido fish, local fish, pork chop and vegetarian set. They were well cooked and presented. This restaurant made a perfect meal for my brother and I. We ordered the chicken set and really enjoyed the flavors in each dish. The staff were friendly, respectful, and kind! I'll be sharing this place with my friends back in Taipei. Wonderful restaurant owned by lovely...

在同事的帶領下，我接觸到了目前為止在花蓮吃過價位最高的日式料理 就在距離花商不遠的延平街巷弄中 轉角的小木屋亮著暖色系的燈光 走進門印入眼簾的是左邊的吧檯區及右邊走道區， 桌椅座位全加起來共15個座位，除了我們預約的位置外 全都坐滿了用餐的客人 這是店家一再聲明需提前電話訂位的原因 吧檯上的小白版寫著今日菜單與時價 但今天已有心中屬意的候選 圖為...

The ambience was cosy and warm. Mom serves the customers with pride and hospitality. They are only four months into the business and I hope they succeed.

在同事的帶領下，我接觸到了目前為止在花蓮吃過價位最高的日式料理 就在距離花商不遠的延平街巷弄中 轉角的小木屋亮著暖色系的燈光 走進門印入眼簾的是左邊的吧檯區及右邊走道區， 桌椅座位全加起來共15個座位，除了我們預約的位置外 全都坐滿了用餐的客人 這是店家一再聲明需提前電話訂位的原因 吧檯上的小白版寫著今日菜單與時價 但今天已有心中屬意的候選 圖為 超蝦海膽鮭魚卵丼 一端上桌那看起來是澎湃不已 三分之一碗的鮭魚卵覆蓋在兩條牡丹蝦刺身上 暖色系的北海道海膽旁依偎著炙燒星鰻和兩顆干貝 中間放上溫泉蛋畫龍點睛 面對如此華麗的擺盤陣仗，一時之間不知從何下手 於是先從旁的小菜開始吃起 毛豆海帶芽酸酸甜甜很明顯是開胃菜的調調 味噌肉末燉蘿蔔，燉煮到能用筷子輕易的劃開 蘿蔔鮮甜和味噌淡淡鹹味被溫熱的高湯帶出 第一次單吃燉煮蘿蔔產生是主菜等級的錯覺 果然不同凡響 接下來就是主角該登場的時候 一湯匙挖開這份量實在超出我想像的鮭魚卵 配著飯和海膽一起入口享受口感和鮮味的雙重感受 鮭魚卵的鹹味帶出深層海洋的滋味 店家的海膽品質更是一流 柔滑綿密且韻味深遠，重要的是沒有一點腥味 牡丹蝦刺身蝦肉柔嫩飽含水份 咬了幾口後化為像漿一般的口感 但是生食吃多難免有點膩口 這時炙燒的星鰻和干貝 前者鹹甜綿柔且油脂豐富 後者軟嫩且不甘不柴 兩者的共同點是那股淡淡的焦香味 讓人能在生食及熟食間取得平衡 店家會叮嚀將蝦頭放置於盤子上 他們將用這蝦頭來熬煮湯品 成果就如圖上的蝦頭野菜味噌湯 味噌湯多了蝦頭精華的提煉後，層次大大升級 能在入喉後的尾韻帶有蝦的風味 店家除了海鮮，炸物的功夫也了得 單點的炸里肌豬排 大小和手掌差不多，且厚度很有份量 里肌能炸的像腰內肉一般實屬不易 能用看得就知道豬排有鎖住肉汁 最後店家還有附上一小盤水果作為收尾 我的評論也差不多到此結束 總結來說店家營造的氣氛就像家裡的廚房一樣 老闆娘會親切的和你噓寒問暖 用真材實料的食材、用心做料理
