They have an English menu, but the staff don't have much English, which isn't much of a problem as you mark what you want off on the menu. I had a bacon and cheese and lettuce panini, which was really just a toasted sandwich, but still good. It came with salad on the side, with the rather common sweet mangoey dressing that you get here, and a jello dessert. While strange, the salad was actually good.
