九鼎天活蝦活蟹料理 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

The food quality was decent, but unfortunately, the wait time for our ordered dishes was excessively long. In fact, we ended up canceling one of our orders. The baked crab, in particular, was overcooked and lacked juiciness, resulting in a tough texture. The egg roe was also difficult to consume. On a positive note, the fried pig intestines with leek were enjoyable, prepared in the typical Taiwanese style with pork and squid, and the dish was delicious. However, the lobster was rather average and lacked flavor in my opinion. Food was fresh. And cooked well.the beef and pork was surprising excellent as well. Didn't take the pic of the hot pot, the broth was so delicious!! 入店映入眼簾的是老闆收藏品及酒類，也有販賣都有標價，餐後有買雪茄嘗試，用餐、環境，很好的體驗！

老闆的威士忌「戲如人生」推薦！ 團體聚餐每桌8菜1湯，料理內容有些不同～

8菜1湯： ①龍蝦沙拉：龍蝦現殺非常新鮮，搭配美乃滋、鮭魚軟，口感鮮甜。

②辣味雞(忘記問菜名)：醬汁帶有淡淡咖哩味，味道相當特別，雞肉口感嫩不會乾柴，搭配香菜，絕配！

③招牌大阪燒炒飯：這個好推薦！蝦仁炒飯蓋上半熟荷包蛋、美乃滋、海苔絲、柴魚片，雖然飯偏濕軟，但是加上蛋，甜甜的很好吃(炒飯有三色豆)。

④蝦仁魚翅羹：料很多的魚翅羹！蝦仁不是市面上泡水蝦，是真材實料的蝦，很新鮮！

⑤豆豉蒸紅甘魚：魚肉鮮甜多汁！

⑥老火胡椒豬肚鮮雞：店內招牌！豬肚、排骨、雞肉，料多！湯鮮甜淡淡胡椒味，不會嗆辣，口感溫和，小朋友也愛喝～

⑦酥炸花枝丸/八寶丸：花枝丸好吃！八寶丸餡多實在！

⑧胡椒泰國蝦：泰國蝦超大隻！每隻都有蛋！超讚的！新鮮沒話說！

⑨炒鮮蔬：蘆筍、彩椒、豌豆、菇菇，清爽不油膩！
