上次點了一萬二千元的桌菜,那次的經驗非常美好,不過就是餐點份量太多,家人吃不完,所以打包了很多回家,於是今天來二訪,改成單點料理的方式,自己組合想吃的菜,邊吃邊點,店家可能覺得沒賺頭,可以感受到服務熱誠不如上次,之前還會桌邊服務整理個人餐盤,今天沒有,上次會貼心詢問要不要補充熱茶,今天沒有,還有用餐口味的詢問,今天沒有,結帳時和給停車代幣時也很嚴肅,我們今天消費了七千多元,可是完全沒有感受到賓至如歸,但是如果以美食為前提,這家真的數一屬二,另外補充店家因為看我們有帶小孩所以好心安排了包廂給我們使用,不過座位形式是一種嵌入地板中的桌子,大家進去要脫鞋,偏偏我們有人行動不便,善意變成困擾了,甚是可惜。 Last time, we ordered table dishes worth 12,000 TWD, and the experience was very pleasant. Read more用餐環境還不錯,今天點了"酒田定食"加了100元(700+100元/份)要把定食餐中的一道菜公香魚換成母香魚(期待母香魚的豐富魚卵),外加一些單點的壽司、炸豬排等,員工服務態度還不錯,結果第一道菜定食餐的生魚片上菜後,隔沒5分鐘又馬上上來一盤小盤的生魚片,正當納悶時,才發現第一道的生魚片是員工點錯單送錯餐,因已經動筷子了,原本打算點錯就算了,留下來吃,就當多點一份生魚片,此時老闆娘就靠了過來瞭解狀況,怎知開口第一句話,不是道歉自己公司餐點送錯,而是盤算着如何處理換餐,當然如此處理也還好,接下來用餐還算順利,直到定食餐中所期待的母香魚上桌時,筷子直攻魚肚子部位要取卵,挖了一下,有!有卵,但所期待的魚卵小的可憐!!比我的尾指還小,×××!心裡真不是滋味,心裡想說,就這樣吧!以後要吃日本料理還是慎選餐廳,最後連水果與甜點也沒吃就去買單,最讓人"杜爛"的是剛好老闆娘又站在櫃檯邊,一邊看我買單,嘴裡還說著剛剛上錯生魚片的事,表示下一次定食餐中的生魚片,就沒有像這一次一樣多兩片了(他×的!不說還不氣,幹!是妳們自己上錯菜,討什麼人情!)自己公司的員工有問題,不自我檢討表示歉意,還來跟我討人情!最後向她反應定食餐中的加價換母香魚的魚卵品質情形,她竟然表示那加價的100元剛好拿來補公司送錯生魚片盤的損失,這種眼界的"級數"真令人瞠目結舌!還老闆娘……××...
Read more今天有幸受萊茵診所院長喬茵姐招待,到高雄頗具口碑的「酒田日本料理」用餐。雖然今晚我們沒有開酒,但一桌佳餚加上一群談笑風生的朋友,氣氛一樣熱絡,這頓飯吃得不只是飽,更是心情飽滿。
鮮魚刺身拼盤:擺盤如藝術品般的刺身冰鎮在碎冰上,鮪魚、鰤魚、旗魚等新鮮度滿點,肉質Q彈,沾點山葵醬油,入口即化。
炭烤和牛串:肥瘦適中、外焦內嫩,每一口都能感受到牛肉的鮮香與炭香交織。
厚切干貝佐粉絲與醬汁:干貝火侯拿捏得恰到好處,底層鋪上吸滿高湯的粉絲,鹹香鮮甜,讓人忍不住一口接一口。
炭烤羊排:熟度控制得宜,外皮微焦脆,內裡多汁。
蛋包飯:看似家常卻讓人驚艷,蛋皮柔軟蓬鬆,內餡濃郁飽滿,是大人版的童年回憶。
烤香魚:魚肉細緻,肚裡包著豐富的魚卵,太好吃了。
天婦羅拼盤:炸得酥脆卻不油膩,超大蝦子、南瓜、茄子樣樣新鮮,配上特製天婦羅醬,好吃到停不下來。
鮑魚前菜拼盤:擺盤精巧,鮑魚彈牙、冷盤爽口,開胃效果滿分。
養生藥膳雞湯:溫潤暖胃,融合枸杞、紅棗與香菇的自然甜味,為這頓飯畫下溫暖的句點。
