這一年多來因為有二本的麵包，讓家中餐桌豐富了不少。主要用鄉村和法棍兩種為基礎搭配出接近aussie brekkie的早午餐。 因為最近爆紅所以購買方式幾經變遷，由以前路過就可以買到後來招牌品項需要提前一天在line預訂，再到最近提前兩週預定，直到現在一律現場排隊購買無預訂。 ————————————————————— 喜歡酸種麵包的人在高雄的最好選擇。孔大外皮脆，常溫吃外皮韌勁十足內裏柔軟，烤熱後外皮焦硬內裡鬆脆。 現場有現做3種口味的panini，都很好吃。 也可以買回家切片冷凍，要吃拿出來回烤，做bruschetta 非常方便。上面放buratta、sour cream、辣美乃滋，配生火腿片、酪梨、芒果、桃子、羽衣甘藍、黑橄欖、曬乾蕃茄、蝦子、培根、火腿、baby菠菜、烤甜椒、炒蛋水波蛋太陽蛋等等都可以，變化很多，早午餐吃不膩。

Best bread in Kaohsiung. Hands down. No comparison. It takes the entire top 10 list. Shakespeare's number 11. The sourdough is perfectly crunchy on the outside and awesomely fluffy on the inside. The grilled cheese sandwich out front should be modeled into a workshop and taught in all of the culinary schools. It's not incredibly complicated. Just bread and cheese, but either ingredient is something most Taiwanese have never been exposed to and It could be mind-blowing, in fact, it could break the hearts and souls of the people. The best artisan bakery in Kaohsiung, bar none. I've been searching high and low for authentic sourdough in Kaohsiung since I moved here. The San Francisco-style sourdough is pleasantly tangy with a moist, chewy interior and a good crust. Besides sourdough, they also make phenomenal baguette, ciabatta and focaccia.
