墨門珈琲 Moment Coffee (內用時間到18:30) — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

This is literally one of the worst latte ever had. Lack of coffee flavour, the oat milk was so watery that missing out the microfoam. Don’t waste your money here.

Update: The coffee had a distinctly bitter taste but lacked any fragrance or aroma. While I’m not a professional, I regularly visit different coffee shops to explore various flavor profiles—so I don’t consider myself an uninformed customer, as the owner suggested.

As for the latte, proper microfoam is essential for both texture and latte art. What I received was thin and watery, clearly indicating a lack of skill in steaming milk.

Regarding the owner’s response, I’ve never encountered such dismissiveness from someone running a coffee shop. Rather than addressing the feedback, they chose to question the reviewer’s knowledge. This will be the last time I engage with this place. I hope fellow coffee lovers can steer clear of such disappointing quality...

《初訪墨門》 主觀感受而言，好喝程度對上這個價格，非常的划算。 騎機車到高雄旅遊，為了躲避正中午炙熱高溫，打開map搜尋，隨便找了一家咖啡廳前往，店內乾淨裝潢氛圍佳，在高雄這種路大條的城市中，卻有種清幽的氛圍，老闆人親切好聊。 餐點的部分，這次品嚐的三道餐點都是大人口味，但絕對不是因為很苦而稱為大人口味。本身沒有太多喝咖啡的經驗，老闆推薦了一杯天堂鳥，香味豐富，入口略有酸感但入喉只有香與微苦的氣味，喝起來很順口，還額外提供了一小杯冰塊，點一杯咖啡卻可以品嚐到不同溫度的風味，而且喝完過後沒有任何腸胃不適或是頭痛等等。 同行友人則點了可可歐蕾以及提拉米蘇。可可歐蕾不甜，可可味搭配濃郁的奶香。提拉米蘇可以選擇軟口感或冰淇淋口感，這次選擇了冰淇淋口感，口感與風味富有層次，但與外面大部分的提拉米蘇不一樣的是依舊不怎麼甜，整體...
