This hot pot restaurant, situated within a department store, offers a spacious and private dining experience with well-separated tables. Notably, the establishment provides various complimentary services such as manicures, massage chairs, and photo printing, enhancing the overall customer experience.
The attentive and friendly staff promptly cater to customers' needs. Opting for the four-compartment hot pot with the option to choose soup flavors, we selected the house special butter, pickled fish, and pork belly chicken. Each flavor proved delightful, with the Pork Belly Chicken standing out for its abundance of ingredients and a rich, mild soup. While the cost for three of us amounted to around NT$3000, which may not be considered cheap in Taiwan, the exceptional service justifies the expense.
This hot pot venue goes beyond just dining; it features captivating shows like the Sichuan face changing and noodle performances. If you seek more than a meal and desire a unique experience, this is the perfect...
Read moreService and the waitstaff’s friendliness is on the point, almost impeccable. No complaints whatsoever. The quality and quantity of the food is def not worth the price as you are able to get similar quality somewhere else for better price. If you don’t mind the tiny servings, each plate costs between $5 to $8 USD, plus the cost of broth, I’d rather just do hotpot at street vendors. You’d get better bang for your buck. Not to mention the entire restaurant is filled with screaming school age children anticipating for the mask-changing show + noodle pulling show. It’s more of a circus than an actual restaurant. If you are looking for a children-oriented experience and don’t mind the noise (almost to the level you can’t hear each other well), this is the spot to be. Our bill came to approx $35USD per person, not for me thanks. I’d take my business somewhere else. We ended up having to go somewhere else after this place because men are still hungry. That tells...
Read moreWe went today and it was quite busy. But wow, the service was top-notch! While in the waiting line, they provided us with pillows, as well as a message chair and drinks/desserts. While dining, they offered aprons, incase we splattered food on ourselves. You didn't need to ask and they'll top up the soup and the water for you. They'll automatically come scoop out the oil as well. As soon as your plate is empty, it'll be gone within the minute. They also provided a machine that got rid of the smell on your clothes. Like all the things that you knew or didn't know you need, they provided before you even asked. I felt like being in a michelin restaurant. My mum usually doesn't give tips (in our country we don't have that habit) but she was so impressed...
