While the cost for three of us amounted to around NT$3000, which may not be considered cheap in Taiwan, the exceptional service justifies the expense.

Service and the waitstaff’s friendliness is on the point, almost impeccable. No complaints whatsoever. The quality and quantity of the food is def not worth the price as you are able to get similar quality somewhere else for better price. If you don’t mind the tiny servings, each plate costs between $5 to $8 USD, plus the cost of broth, I’d rather just do hotpot at street vendors. You’d get better bang for your buck. We went today and it was quite busy. But wow, the service was top-notch! While in the waiting line, they provided us with pillows, as well as a message chair and drinks/desserts. While dining, they offered aprons, incase we splattered food on ourselves. You didn't need to ask and they'll top up the soup and the water for you. They'll automatically come scoop out the oil as well. As soon as your plate is empty, it'll be gone within the minute. They also provided a machine that got rid of the smell on your clothes.
