素描學派 — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

Great environment & wonderful food! Fine for two people who are looking for a cozy place to spend time together, or for a big group who want to share big dishes together. Menu is in Chinese, English, and Russian! Pictured are the Ukrainian-style Salo (9/10), the smoked salmon blin (9/10), the Varenkini (6/10), and the strawberry Carmel blin (9/10). The food was savory, not sweet (even the dessert blin), and light in texture. So you could eat a lot and not feel bloated!

They also serve Hoegarden beer, lots of fancy tea and shake drinks, and (what I had) the Magic Forest berry beer. I am looking forward to...

An exotic restaurant with really good food and nice live band. It looks like a garden in daylight, and at night it turns into a cool vibe bar/restaurant. The portions are quite big so it more suitable for a group of 4-6. The prices are reasonable, considering the style and portion. Pork Rib BBQ $1230 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Well seasoned, tender, juicy with seductive aroma. The dish was BIG and there’s a lot of meat. Perfect for meat lovers. You won’t get tired of it! Chicken and Cheese Blinis $130 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Soft wrapping with creamy filling. The chicken was very tender. The dish wasn’t greasy cuz of the spice and sour cream on top. It’s a safe and warm choice. Russian Ravioli $220 🌟🌟🌟🌟 It was a surprise (for Taiwanese at least) cuz the fillings were mashed potato and mushroom. A carb bomb 😂 and a good choice for carb lovers cuz it is delicious, especially with the sauerkraut! Vanilla Milkshake $160 🌟🌟🌟 Ordinary 😂it’s good and it can’t go wrong. Kvass $120 🌟🌟🌟 Very special! It’s a drink common in Russia, Ukraine, and Eastern Europe. I think it’s worth a try cuz we don’t have this flavor in Taiwan. Overall, highly recommended! I am gonna try the BBQ sticks and stew next time

位於楠梓的一間特別的餐廳，光看外觀就很想進去的那種！白天看很像植物園，完全搖身一變，成為一間很有異國風情的酒吧/餐廳。這家消費其實不便宜，但份量很大，而且畢竟是異國餐廳。所以價格算是合理。 這次我與友人嘗試了三道菜、兩種飲料。一下簡單心得： 威士忌豬肋排 $1230🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 端上來超驚人！真的一扇肋排，都可以拿來煽風了😃👍迷人香氣加上誘人色澤，根本迫不及待的想大快朵頤。然後？就人間美味😍 肋排十分入味，肉多，軟嫩多汁；很容易就一根接一根的吃！旁邊的蔬菜也很不錯。其實它有附上醬汁，但是那個味道我超級不愛，友人倒是非常享受。我懷疑有香菜😂這道很推喔！ 雞肉起司布林餅 $130 🌟🌟🌟🌟 很好吃，不過鹹。雖然是可以想像的味道，但醬汁和軟餅搭配的十分剛好；由於香料的關係也不太膩，表現非常不錯！但切開真的很燙，吃的時候要小心。 菌菇餃子 $220🌟🌟🌟🌟 這個完全超出我的想像😂內餡是馬鈴薯泥跟蘑菇欸！澱粉炸彈但是很好吃！搭配旁邊的酸菜簡直絕配！酸菜味道溫和，完全不突兀。喜愛澱粉這道要點，是台灣沒有的味道。 冰淇淋香草奶昔$160 🌟🌟🌟 就…中規中矩的奶昔。朋友說很好喝但他是奶昔魔人😂我個人覺得就是普普通通也不雷。 嗑瓦斯 Kvass $120...

很多業者在這期間還是不敢開放內用，這疫情真的太可怕了！ 雖然疫情已降為二級，防疫措施還是要做好唷！

餐點： 💕威士忌豬肋排💰990 美味等級🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗 這一道在店外角落進行烤台的烤配調製，進行烘烤者為一名外國人，真的很專業！精心的準備餐點，而這份真的是超誘人的豬肋排，大約為三人份，用威士忌酒配方下去烤，烤完後酒精已蒸發，再用噴灑表面方式讓餐點提味，它的配料有洋蔥、四季豆，最厲害的還有兩種調配的醬汁，辣與不辣很貼心周到，口味都很特別！沾上醬汁的豬肋排在嘴巴裡的口感，軟嫩又帶點微微的烤香，還有一點的威士忌香氣，讓人真的大大享受。

💕俄羅斯家常菜卷💰250 美味等級🌕🌕🌕🌕 外表示脆度很夠的高麗菜，裡面包覆豬絞肉及米飯，番茄味蠻重的，加上特製的醬汁調配，在嘴裡的口感真的是越嚼越香，還有酸奶醬在旁邊可以適時的加，會讓味道更加特別！再來一球洋芋，洋芋吃起來很綿密扎實，真的好吃！讓大家都皆知的高麗菜卷能用的如此創意，真覺得國外美食真的特別呢！

💕俄式傳統鄉村燉肉💰320 美味等級🌕🌕🌕🌕 燉肉有種特別的味道，肉質軟嫩，彩椒與洋蔥的完美結合，再灑上一點小蔥碎花，綿密的燉肉清爽。

💕全麥蒜味麵包條💰170 美味等級🌕🌕🌕🌕🌘 蒜味麵包條的脆度超級夠，烤過比較酥脆，脆度很佳，配上酸奶醬，真的很棒，酸奶醬上還有番茄粒，超特別，香氣十足。

酒類： 💕三山啤酒大野狼💰150 爽口等級🌕🌕🌕🌘 啤酒喝起來是順的，口味帶有點獨特，從來沒有喝過這樣的啤酒，讓我不覺得可怕的啤酒味，瓶身很美，真的有高尚的感覺，可惜我還是比較喝水果酒。

💕魔幻森林💰120 爽口等級🌕🌕🌕🌕🌕 這完全是我的愛，三種顏色的漸層，上面還有放上大薄荷裝飾，美感大加分，顏色超美，喝起來酒精濃度不會太濃郁，甜蜜感大大提升，喜歡這一杯，下次來我還要再來喝一次，再來就是換其他調酒。
