Read more2024/10/12到訪,現場真的不少人,假日尖峰沒預訂一定會等,整體還不錯,以下就吃到的餐點做主觀評論: ①蝦肉紅油炒手(6顆)🌶️$180: 每顆個頭豆不小,口感滿扎實的,蝦子的鮮味比較不突出,不過豬後腿肉的彈性與鮮甜有出來!豆芽菜給不少,紅油的部分辣度足,不過底層真的偏油。
②海皇廣東炒麵🍜$288: 超大一份!看上去像大船入港,由海鮮、菇類、青菜、少許雞肉以及酥炸的麵體組合而成,用料豐富,醬汁濃稠但不卡喉,調味不會重口,麵條泡在醬汁中半脆半軟的口感令人上癮,早點吃才會體驗到最好吃的口感。
③脆皮炸鮮奶(3個)🥛$88: 但不小,剛上桌很燙!注意舌頭。炸鮮奶外酥內軟,很像麻糬一樣,入嘴後奶香緩緩飄出,整體滿普通的,建議都來港式餐廳了,可以點一些夜市吃不到的餐點。
④黄金流沙包(3顆)$88: 個人是沒吃,但朋友吃一口發現內餡沒怎麼流動,以及麵皮不算太薄。
⑤👍️鮮蝦腸粉(3條)🦐$165: 每條中又有兩隻大蝦仁!腸粉軟Q,蝦仁彈牙,淋上香味十足不會死鹹的清醬油,只用兩種食材以及一種調味呈現好吃的餐點,推~
⑥晶瑩鮮蝦餃(3顆)🥟$155: 每顆都白白胖胖!蝦餃外皮很有韌性同時也偏厚,內餡的蝦肉給得飽滿,因為只靠蝦子本身的味道來撐,有點過於清淡,沾一點點醬油更能提更層次及甜味。
⑦👍️蘿蔔絲酥餅(2顆)🥕$155: 很推,怎麼可以如此外酥內綿,表皮很酥,像千層酥皮一樣,內餡蘿蔔絲既濕潤又綿密,調味十足還吃得到蘿蔔絲的清甜,本次最喜歡的餐點。

🏡環境: 室內空間很大,塞了很多桌,不過還是門庭若市,沒預約需要排隊。天花板有鏡子,可以從天花板拍到整桌照也別有風味。
