10/10… This cafe deserves this rating for its exquisite decro, supreme vibe, and awesome coffee. In particular, I really love how the owner has fully embraced a "Japanese" theme from top to bottom!

⭐️ Vibe: The wall paintings, decorations, in-store music, tables, chairs & plants... all exude a strong, artsy Japanese vibe. If you enjoy observing the details of a place, you'll be amazed by the owner's dedication to creating vintage Japanese & tranquil style!

☕️ Coffee: Just like the cafe‘s Instagram ID - @ffpourover - daring to use "pourover" as a theme, the pour-over coffee here is incredibly detailed & exquisite, as if the Japanese craftsman spirit has been poured into the role of a barista, taken to the extreme, and made irreplaceable. For example:

The cafe’s onwer offers 6 different brewing methods and can recommend one based on your taste. The high-quality and layered bean odor gradually builds up in your mouth, a sensation that even a casual coffee drinker can easily perceive. According to the owner, the coffee beans here are updated every 1-2 weeks due to their commitment...

Very zen style coffee house. Four tables and coffee master knows his coffee. Recommend ordering different style of hand pour. I have the bartista (I think he is the owner) recommend a pouring style to pair with the signature beans from Ethiopia. It’s well balanced and he totally knows how to extract the unique flavor from Ethiopian beans. Sadly I don’t live in Taiwan otherwise I will visit often.
