I am a huge fan of beef noodles. Though different chefs may have their secret recipes, it never stops me from coming back to this restaurant. The noodles texture are excellent and satisfying; the beef is tender and filling; the soup is rich and delicious! Be aware, it is very affordable and difficult...

Apparently this place is one that only locals know about. The beef noodles are the most famous dish here and they are really quite delicious, the beef is melt in your mouth and the soup is even good...

My first visit was 4-5 years ago; at that time, i would definitely recommend it to all my friends who visit Kaohsiung; Unfortunately, the restaurant decided to change their recipes (I believed it was at least two years ago and the beef noodle soup was a disaster) and totally abandoned their characters. The soup tastes like it was made of soy sauce and water; too salty to drink. I feel sorry that recently Kaohsiung is losing its signature restaurants and local characters due to the higher and higher living...
