Dongshi Seafood Restaurant — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

This is one of the freshest seafood restaurants we found in Kaoshiung! Definitely a local hangout and the price is so reasonable for such top-notch fresh seafood. We r so impressed by their care for their customers’ spending as the assistant chef will advise us to order less and what to order according to the season’s seafood. 很好吃的海鮮店，店不大，隔著巷子分兩邊。點了炸小卷，火候控制很好。小卷很鮮，還帶著炒小卷時才會出現的脆感，裹粉沒有過香的搶小卷的味，炸得也剛剛好，吃得很感動。

點了蚵仔，做香菜口味的，送來時不起眼，吃起來很特別，醬汁鹹鮮香調得剛好，加調了酸進去，和著香菜，和著裹粉透明的蚵仔，美味的不想說話了，瞬間有置身法國海鮮餐廳的感覺。

魚蛋如一般海鮮餐廳的做法，切薄片，加美乃滋在一邊。但是，剛剛好的烹調，魚蛋不會太乾或過香，又不是原味，很高級的感覺。（“剛剛好”是料理中最難的了）

叫一道常在台南鱔魚攤上點的炒腰子，很出色。比台南知名店炒得還好。還是一句，火候控制極出色！

點了炸銀魚，不錯，但是炸小卷更出色。

總共點八道菜➕一盤炒米粉，1600元。菜量不是很多，以店家的手藝不輸大餐廳，食材鮮度也好，這個價錢真心讓人賞心悅目。
