I've visited this place a few times with my friend. Waiting for 5-10 minutes seems to be the norm here, which is perfectly fine. The setup is decent and the seats on the first floor are comfortable. I could enjoy the view from the road. However, I am uncertain whether the workers present are responsible for cleaning the table.
