大概是因為經常關注異國美食，所以在無意間就發現了Nido，在看過評論及店家的說明後，毫無考慮的就訂了。 上禮拜五去用餐，覺得是一個很舒適的環境，確實如其名，有到家用餐的舒適感，沒有擁擠的人潮，同一個時間就只有兩組客人，共四個人，所以不吵雜，是悠閒用餐的氛圍。 就餐點而言，每道菜都很棒，從湯品到海鮮飯都很好，但其中的伊比利豬，最讓我驚豔，這道餐點的沾醬好有畫龍點睛的效果，初嘗之時就被它的層次感吸引，有點熟悉，卻又說不出背後絕對的食材，詢問闆娘後，才知道是青椒跟甜椒的混合，果然初入口的甜椒甜，帶著青椒的尾韻苦，讓舌尖展開一場華麗之旅，超讚。 海鮮飯🥘是大家最為耳熟能詳的西班牙料理，這次的體驗讓我長了知識，原來有別於義大利的燉飯，西班牙燉飯是有鍋巴的，也是它香氣的來源之一。 這次的用餐方方面面都挺好，但是覺得唯一小小美中不足的是在甜點的時候沒有茶類或咖啡可以搭配，或許是我個人很古板的想法，總覺得甜點搭配水或酒都有點耽誤了美味的甜點，換言之，這次吃到的焦糖奶露和蛋糕也不錯，但如果有能配...
