UPDATED - Dec,03 We went again and it was awesome! I added more images of the new plates we order.

The Paella was delicious, not fish and all the sea food tasted good.

The Zucchini Risotto was really tasteful as well.

And I was impressed with the Beef and truffle pizza, delicious!

We met the chef and he was really nice. Thank you Brad and the team for such a great experience.

PROS: delicious pizza ( better than some places in USA, good price around US $8) kids friendly ( I didn't ask for a kids menu tho, so I don't know if they have it) amazing service! excellent atmosphere good music ( lounge/jazz/mellow music) you can see them making the food homemade lemonade 🍋🍋 good drinks 🍹🍺 we got the Suntory beer and the mojito they speak English (yay)

The Tenderloin Steak and delicious and came with purple sweet potato, baby corn, lettuce, mushroom and zuchinni.

用心及用好心情來料理的西式餐酒館---波特廚房 聽說這家餐廳有點傳奇也和學校有著特殊的緣份,第一次來新的地方,我總是會提早到也順便到餐廳內部逛逛看看。即便是政商名流喜愛或指名的低調用餐地點,即便是網評極高的用餐選擇,但沒有經過我的評鑑,一切只能保留。拿出生物醫學家對於餐廳的「望、聞、問、切」的態度寫下今日被感染好心情的美食日記,回饋給用心的美食料理。 整潔且專業的開放式廚房,拉近客人及廚師的距離,大桌面的吧枱空間讓客人有最舒適的用餐桌面及心情,各式大規格的廚具(煮、煎)及明火烤爐,呈現餐廳的對於基本功的要求。吧枱上所展現的一隻伊比利豬火腿及二個義大利進口的大起司,及架上各式精選進口的材料(油、麵、酒)擺設,店家不想用過多的言語及宣傳來說明今晚的餐點到底有多用心,這只是店家自信展現出每一天開店的日常及好心情。 即便是開放式廚房,卻不留下任何一絲歷史的過往味道,絲毫不保留對空調的節省,讓料理的廚師們可以在最愉悅的溫度下,展現西式熱食最美好的餐點。樸實的起司火腿開味冷盤,幾種味道不重但保有不同風味的起司,油花平均宛如夢幻亮彩的伊比利豬火腿,讓我打開視覺的好心情,也讓味蕾展開對各式味道的熱身。 燻鮭魚,魚體的蛋白質及油脂的熟成所形成的淡香甜及一點新鮮是北歐人對於就取材的智慧,店家的嚴制手作讓魚片的色彩像極了畫家的特調,而我感受魚體的油脂清及爽口。 烤雞翅,特調的秘方醬汁,說不出來的層次及水果誘發的味淡嗅深的酸甜,這己經不是直接用調和幾種方所能解釋,應是用時間及慢火精燉來換取的成果,配合多汁不滴湯汁的肉質,在口中散發出開胃誘人的食欲。 簡單的炸薯條,沾上特調明太子沙拉醬,美式油脂加澱粉罪惡融入日式一點奢華的鮮味,答案是”無極”徒刑餐點,吃跟不吃都是後悔。 義式黑醋粟油醋佐橄欖油煎小捲,新鮮的食材加上簡單的作法,讓這陳年的油醋汁稍微縮乾後降低酸度但增加濃郁迷人的風味深度,用油及火候讓揮發的陳年油醋coating在小捲外層,一道極富層次感的餐點,先吃身體感受彈鮮甜十足佐迷人的誘惑,再吃鬚的部感受彈牙及更濃郁誘人的醋香。 當季馬祖淡菜,當季新鮮道地就是王道,簡單的橄欖油爆香洋蔥及大蒜,混入淡菜煮熟過程所釋放出的海甜水份,配合餅皮沾起後入口才知鮮味有多少。肉質比例高且肥厚的淡菜,口感彈性十足,鮮甜美味也破表,嚴選的食材加上簡單但不馬虎的料理手法,不搶味保留原味及美味。 燉伊比利豬佐馬鈴薯泥,頂極纖細帶有淡淡堅果香的肉質,細火慢燉讓所有的纖維全部不見,佐簡單奶油炒馬鈴薯泥,口味道地的西式餐點。 起司蟹肉明太子義大利麵,濃厚但不搶味的起司融入進口義大利麵中,讓火候炒出麵體和起司真正的fusion,作到起司中有麵的彈,入口的麵散發出起司的濃郁,最後以當日手拆的蟹肉絲加上明太子混入其中,極度的惡性犯規,最後將整道餐點完完全全突破,以極度奶香鮮海美味的濃厚被判驅逐出場,連剩餘的湯汁都不放過。 雞腿義大利燉飯,進口的義大利米佐以大量的菇類一起燉煮,米粒大且帶有一點口感但更多菇混合的香氣,以起司把所有材料稍微黏著在一起,讓口感受那滑順香氣濃郁。只有高溫鐵板燒才能讓雞皮脆肉質細嫩,變成一道飽足感及幸福感十足的餐點。 主餐是乾式熟成牛小排,我雖不吃牛,但從書上的知識、客人的反應及本人對於餐點的「望、聞、問、切」能力可以推知,店家應是大量削去因熟成過程中不夠優的部份,火候掌握十份恰當,從我幫客人的手切的手感及肉質呈現的顏色來看,應是頂極且出色的招牌,連配菜都是用牛肉的油脂湯汁去炒蛋及菇類。 瑪格麗特PIZZA,一道義式PIZZA的入門款,餅皮現捍現作,蕃茄醬要新鮮手作才能顯出那天然的果酸味,起司的質要優且用量不能省,大火烤時間短,簡簡單單的美味。 甜點,是完美的ending,但醉人的地方是香草冰淇淋加60年的威士忌,冰淇淋口味淡香而甜,超陳年的酒體少了酒精辣味卻多了濃厚層次且深遠流長發酵香味,兩個簡單食材的混合,讓所有的客人沉醉在好友、好食、好心情的夜裡。 最後混入四種植物的玫瑰花茶喚醒該回家的我們。 連火龍果切盤都可以如此的用心。 一群不分年紀也不分職業類別因前世共修千年,因為店家的用心及好心情的料理,讓我們有更好的心情來體驗政商名流為何喜歡這裡的理由。 一個成功的企業家頂起這家準備關門的店,於私,希望能讓自己喜歡的料理及美味得以延續,於公,希望好的店家及年輕人能在社會上的創業成功,扮演聖誕老公公的角色,一個人也不能少的將店保留。唯一的要求是料理不能變...

We had dinner here and had a great experience. Staff was amazing, friendly and answered all the questions we had regarding the menu. The food came out pretty quick and the presentation looked great. We ordered the margarita pizza and the tenderloin steak. Both were delicious! The drinks were pretty good too, mojito was on point. We chatted with Claire and Bret after our meal and had a good time hanging out with them. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back to say hi...

用心及用好心情來料理的西式餐酒館---波特廚房 聽說這家餐廳有點傳奇也和學校有著特殊的緣份,第一次來新的地方,我總是會提早到也順便到餐廳內部逛逛看看。即便是政商名流喜愛或指名的低調用餐地點,即便是網評極高的用餐選擇,但沒有經過我的評鑑,一切只能保留。拿出生物醫學家對於餐廳的「望、聞、問、切」的態度寫下今日被感染好心情的美食日記,回饋給用心的美食料理。 整潔且專業的開放式廚房,拉近客人及廚師的距離,大桌面的吧枱空間讓客人有最舒適的用餐桌面及心情,各式大規格的廚具(煮、煎)及明火烤爐,呈現餐廳的對於基本功的要求。吧枱上所展現的一隻伊比利豬火腿及二個義大利進口的大起司,及架上各式精選進口的材料(油、麵、酒)擺設,店家不想用過多的言語及宣傳來說明今晚的餐點到底有多用心,這只是店家自信展現出每一天開店的日常及好心情。 即便是開放式廚房,卻不留下任何一絲歷史的過往味道,絲毫不保留對空調的節省,讓料理的廚師們可以在最愉悅的溫度下,展現西式熱食最美好的餐點。樸實的起司火腿開味冷盤,幾種味道不重但保有不同風味的起司,油花平均宛如夢幻亮彩的伊比利豬火腿,讓我打開視覺的好心情,也讓味蕾展開對各式味道的熱身。 燻鮭魚,魚體的蛋白質及油脂的熟成所形成的淡香甜及一點新鮮是北歐人對於就取材的智慧,店家的嚴制手作讓魚片的色彩像極了畫家的特調,而我感受魚體的油脂清及爽口。 烤雞翅,特調的秘方醬汁,說不出來的層次及水果誘發的味淡嗅深的酸甜,這己經不是直接用調和幾種方所能解釋,應是用時間及慢火精燉來換取的成果,配合多汁不滴湯汁的肉質,在口中散發出開胃誘人的食欲。 簡單的炸薯條,沾上特調明太子沙拉醬,美式油脂加澱粉罪惡融入日式一點奢華的鮮味,答案是”無極”徒刑餐點,吃跟不吃都是後悔。 義式黑醋粟油醋佐橄欖油煎小捲,新鮮的食材加上簡單的作法,讓這陳年的油醋汁稍微縮乾後降低酸度但增加濃郁迷人的風味深度,用油及火候讓揮發的陳年油醋coating在小捲外層,一道極富層次感的餐點,先吃身體感受彈鮮甜十足佐迷人的誘惑,再吃鬚的部感受彈牙及更濃郁誘人的醋香。 當季馬祖淡菜,當季新鮮道地就是王道,簡單的橄欖油爆香洋蔥及大蒜,混入淡菜煮熟過程所釋放出的海甜水份,配合餅皮沾起後入口才知鮮味有多少。肉質比例高且肥厚的淡菜,口感彈性十足,鮮甜美味也破表,嚴選的食材加上簡單但不馬虎的料理手法,不搶味保留原味及美味。 燉伊比利豬佐馬鈴薯泥,頂極纖細帶有淡淡堅果香的肉質,細火慢燉讓所有的纖維全部不見,佐簡單奶油炒馬鈴薯泥,口味道地的西式餐點。 起司蟹肉明太子義大利麵,濃厚但不搶味的起司融入進口義大利麵中,讓火候炒出麵體和起司真正的fusion,作到起司中有麵的彈,入口的麵散發出起司的濃郁,最後以當日手拆的蟹肉絲加上明太子混入其中,極度的惡性犯規,最後將整道餐點完完全全突破,以極度奶香鮮海美味的濃厚被判驅逐出場,連剩餘的湯汁都不放過。 雞腿義大利燉飯,進口的義大利米佐以大量的菇類一起燉煮,米粒大且帶有一點口感但更多菇混合的香氣,以起司把所有材料稍微黏著在一起,讓口感受那滑順香氣濃郁。只有高溫鐵板燒才能讓雞皮脆肉質細嫩,變成一道飽足感及幸福感十足的餐點。 主餐是乾式熟成牛小排,我雖不吃牛,但從書上的知識、客人的反應及本人對於餐點的「望、聞、問、切」能力可以推知,店家應是大量削去因熟成過程中不夠優的部份,火候掌握十份恰當,從我幫客人的手切的手感及肉質呈現的顏色來看,應是頂極且出色的招牌,連配菜都是用牛肉的油脂湯汁去炒蛋及菇類。 瑪格麗特PIZZA,一道義式PIZZA的入門款,餅皮現捍現作,蕃茄醬要新鮮手作才能顯出那天然的果酸味,起司的質要優且用量不能省,大火烤時間短,簡簡單單的美味。 甜點,是完美的ending,但醉人的地方是香草冰淇淋加60年的威士忌,冰淇淋口味淡香而甜,超陳年的酒體少了酒精辣味卻多了濃厚層次且深遠流長發酵香味,兩個簡單食材的混合,讓所有的客人沉醉在好友、好食、好心情的夜裡。 最後混入四種植物的玫瑰花茶喚醒該回家的我們。 連火龍果切盤都可以如此的用心。 一群不分年紀也不分職業類別因前世共修千年,因為店家的用心及好心情的料理,讓我們有更好的心情來體驗政商名流為何喜歡這裡的理由。 一個成功的企業家頂起這家準備關門的店,於私,希望能讓自己喜歡的料理及美味得以延續,於公,希望好的店家及年輕人能在社會上的創業成功,扮演聖誕老公公的角色,一個人也不能少的將店保留。唯一的要求是料理不能變,嚴選食材的初衷不能改。

We had dinner here and had a great experience. Staff was amazing, friendly and answered all the questions we had regarding the menu. The food came out pretty quick and the presentation looked great. We ordered the margarita pizza and the tenderloin steak. Both were delicious! The drinks were pretty good too, mojito was on point. We chatted with Claire and Bret after our meal and had a good time hanging out with them. Thank you to the staff for being so nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back to say hi and eat again.
