本人休假之餘的個人喜好是嘗遍高雄鼓山左營餐廳美食，極少會做此長篇大論。因經過看到門店布簾有優惠活動，某日接近用餐時間一時興起電洽訂位，入座詢問後才拿出優惠菜單，現場客量非常不多，但由於用餐時間人手已稍顯不足之餘，服務員似乎要兼顧餐點製作，優惠菜單過了20分鐘才拿過來，加上也未跟顧客致歉。同為服務餐飲業，忙碌可以互相理解，假如遇到比較要求服務的顧客鐵定會客訴服務不周及態度怠慢。店員並未態度不好，店員送餐後也有主動告知一些優惠資訊是不錯的。 綜合以上只是想反應，店家既有推出優惠餐點應可主動告知，等要顧客主動詢問後才告知相關優惠資訊會顯得觀感不好，餐飲業眾多競爭激烈，顧客往往皆是看到活動資訊前來嘗鮮，門店用餐時間的顧客已非常稀少，卻不真誠對待顧客，要怎吸引顧客再次前往消費，盼公司可再加強宣導。 用餐環境舒適，餐點尚可，義式燉飯屬較硬的口感，附餐飲品換購其他飲品可折50元，惟停車較不容易，停車格稀少。餐廳之經營...
