A quiet, unassuming bistro whose front of house hospitality is matched by the back of house efficiency and flavor. 先說結論，甜點絕對值得進來一試！ （雖然這邊的強項賣點是手沖單品咖啡XD 用餐區旁即手沖吧檯，可以看到店員現場手沖的動作手勢和那種等待的感覺 －燻雞蘑菇pizza($140) 餅皮薄皮烤起來酥酥脆脆，趁熱品嘗餡料會有爆漿效應XD非常好吃 －生乳酪蛋糕($80元) 生乳酪口感綿密像有點冰淇淋，但不會過於鹹膩，底下的餅皮是紮實中帶點濕潤，伴隨脆酥香，可以單吃，感覺配個單品也很順口。一旁的配料有些堅果增添口感 －烤布蕾($70元) 上面的脆焦糖實在太美味了！吃起來還有焦糖香，厚度適宜和內餡搭配起來比例剛好，布蕾個人覺得口感偏紮實 －水信玄餅($60) 真的是個很夢幻的甜點XD晶瑩剔透很像史萊姆，佐上黑糖蜜和熟黃豆粉(? 是很獨特的口感 最後這邊可以用Re紅包，3-5%的現金回饋，去個零頭剛剛好。大推薦！

首先要說，闆娘服務親切、有笑容，真的很好。環境寬敞，不擁擠，寵物友善，我也很喜歡。 但是今天用餐品質不是很好，所以只給三星。 我點的是鮮奶茶和草莓鬆餅。鮮奶茶，立刻聯想到鍋煮奶茶，但我喝到的是溫的甜奶茶，茶味很淡，鮮奶茶會有的奶皮也沒看到。很快的就不冷不熱了，就很噁心。我朋友幫我反應之後，他們無法幫我出一杯無糖奶茶，就讓我免費換其他飲料，我就換了中規中矩的拿鐵。可能之前奶茶的甜膩味還在口腔，這拿鐵也無法喝完。 鬆餅，應不是現烤的，因為整間沒聞到鬆餅香味，吃起來也不酥脆。草莓，也感覺乾乾，不是很新鮮的感覺。 價錢是很平價，但似乎我期待太高了。 看黑板上有很多手沖咖啡產地，也許我今天都沒點到老闆的強項吧！
