The Cut is a good teppanyaki restaurant located inside the E-DA Royal Hotel. If you are staying at the hotel definitely come check out the awesome steak and lobster grilled in front of you. Everything is as it should be. Excellent service. Apparently they have a buffet breakfast too but I didn't go for that and went for the full dinner instead. Check it...

沙拉： 香草嫩雞凱薩沙拉_凱薩醬蒜味頗重，個人很喜歡這種蒜味，分量不多開胃剛剛好，可惜點綴的堅果有兩顆臭掉了。 湯品： 櫻桃鴨清湯_鴨胸軟嫩，湯頭濃郁，一開始喝的時候覺得清爽，但喝到後面覺得有點鹹 鮮蝦奶油濃湯_比鴨胸清湯好喝很多，奶味與淡淡的蝦味，互相點綴味道平衡起來還不錯！ 溫前菜： 低溫熟成嫩干貝+薏仁：干貝就五星級飯店來說非常不及格，在外面日本料理店價格高一點的新鮮度都可以完勝。倒是配角薏仁用了番茄(?)和其他辛香料調和，蠻好吃的。 主餐： 美國頂級21天熟成菲力_肉質軟嫩，可以灑點鹽巴和黑胡椒提味。配餐的南瓜地瓜泥也很好吃。非常推薦！好險主餐有讓人印象深刻，不然大概只會給一顆星星。 甜點/飲料_普普通通 國旅卡算是旅宿業，可惜不是入住房客無法享受到八折優惠，少花點冤枉錢。以這價位在外面很多牛排店輕鬆完勝這家店，不推薦。 用餐環境乾淨舒適，餐桌之間不會聊天不至於會影響到他桌用餐。店員服務親切，但人數太少要服務的桌數太...
