Best Taiwanese sausages in Kaohsiung...maybe Taiwan even. I was introduced to this place over 10 years again and have to visit whenever I get a chance. Its still top notch and my benchmark for Taiwanese sausages, they are super delicious and not to fatty as some can be. There rice sausages is a perfect accompaniment, would also recommend. Read more筆者在高雄生活二十餘年,頭一次看見有香腸攤能讓客人排隊排這麼長一串,而且許多客人都拿著牙籤瘋狂爭著插香腸與小黃瓜(沒錯,大家都搶著吃黃瓜),就連醬油膏也是看老闆一補再補,那幾罐醬料罐不管怎麼補,永遠都會在五分鐘內空掉。
價位:大腸$35 香腸$20
這間香腸攤位於十全路與民族路交界處的保安宮廟口。
以前筆者只到這裡面吃過一次生魚片,上個週末抱著旅遊的心態行經此地時,聞到一股好香好香的香腸味,立刻駐車尋覓味道的來源。
下面這張照片只拍到一小部份,攤車上一口氣烤了約五十條香腸與大腸,相當壯觀,而且重點來了,同時處理這麼多條香腸竟然還能兼顧品質,真是佩服老闆們的功力。
在排隊時可以看到很多人拿著牙籤來回穿梭,有些人甚至會插隊,如果說大家爭著插隊是為了買香腸那倒就算了,可是那堆人來來回回竟然是為了搶照片中那一藍小黃瓜啊!我看有些人一口氣就串個十多片含在嘴裡,更有一堆人不斷來回一直插一直插一直插!
在老闆娘的腳底下還有一.大.桶黃瓜,當時我看了都快暈倒了。
因為,我很討厭小黃瓜的味道!它有種霹靂臭的味道讓我感到非常反胃,所以平日要是早餐店在吐司裡多加了小黃瓜,肯定會讓我抓狂,得用筷子把黃瓜都撥乾淨才敢繼續吃。
但看大家搶成這樣,索性就叫老闆娘也幫我加點小黃瓜吃看看。
鼓起勇氣配著香腸咬了一口後......

還真他媽的好吃啊!黃瓜不知是否有醃過,完全沒有恐怖的味道,和香腸一起入口越嚼越甜,沒三兩下我就把整盤黃瓜給吃光了,從沒想過小黃瓜也能這麼好吃!
香腸肥肉不多,吃起來每口都很紮實,而且很香,烤的恰到好處。
米腸就更棒了,一般來說如果烤的不夠熟的話,經常會吃到一些生米,烤過頭則又會變得很硬,但這攤的米腸口感渾厚,吃了以後想一塊接一塊不斷地吃下去...
