Went to Kaohsiung specifically for this place and it didn't disappoint. Portion sizes were great and their black pepper sauce is just too good to pass up on. Succulent grilled chicken chops and juicy steaks. I'm really impressed that they can cook loads of steak quite nicely at such a fast pace - the meat was still quite medium-rare to medium which was perfect for my tastes.

Really friendly service crew as well. Most of them don't speak English but the guy who served us had pretty impeccable English skills. Very accommodating. The joint is pretty much self-service, so you can help yourself to all the corn soup and black tea you want.

Highly recommended if you're looking to experience this unique part of Taiwanese fast...

The Steak taste is normal,but I wonder why this store had lots of customers while the staff attitude was so bad .The staff is not friendly at all. If food doesn't good at least staff quality must be good. Just finished eating and wiped my mouth and the staff Came to me and asked me to leave quickly cause many people want to eat there are some of them sitting down there and she doesn't complaint about them.,does she blind?i just finished the steak in around 30 second or more .While some of the customers like a thief stand beside you and watching you eat all the time .not even...

聽說牛小弟是高雄人從小吃牛排的回憶🥘 就網路搜尋了一下分店是蠻多家，有三家 是一天可以賣一千份的排餐超熱門💥牛排店 更是爆料公社FB社團中都市傳說夜市牛排 一個排餐可以放1+4顆蛋🐣的健身人牛排店 所以找了一天騎ubike🚲吃吃看總店的味道 一開始起家好像在鼎山夜市中，1999年開始賣 2014年鼎山夜市收起來賣給建商蓋房子🏤後， 才搬來這裡明誠一路的黃昏夜市。

今天趁平日4點多慢慢騎ubike過來這邊等 公告營業時間寫5點🕔， 但是一過去要點餐時候 工作人員說要5點20分才會出餐🤦 看了現場一堆人在忙進忙出的 似乎先出餐大量外帶後🛎，才會開始做內用 放在桌上似乎很多都是外帶的 好幾盒都給人先結帳帶走

只好坐先拿紅茶和玉米濃湯慢慢吃等廚房出餐

今年夏天真的很熱 ，連風都是熱的🌆 市場上面有電風扇 但是沒有屁用 吹出來是熱風♨️ 黃昏市場的環境也很混亂☄️ 就算我是第一個客人桌子也是黏黏的沒擦乾淨 ，陳年的油膩感很重 蒼蠅很多一直在腳邊晃啊晃，很煩😮‍💨

放在紅茶旁邊自助拿取餐具品質還蠻糟糕的， 握柄看起來有百年歷史感😆 刀叉上的刮花也很嚴重，刀具也不好切肉

然後今天老闆在現場煮餐的地方修爐具， 很糟糕🚧 灰塵飛滿天， 邊等邊看老闆表演打鐵仔👻

⭐️自助喝到飽｜玉米濃湯 喝起來蠻普通的， 勾芡味有點重 撈一撈湯料有些許 玉米🌽 蛋花 碎紅蘿蔔🥕 整體來說這口感及格了！

⭐️自助喝到飽｜傳統台式紅茶 喝起來整體偏甜，全糖甜度 阿薩姆麥芽味很重 🫖不會苦澀 算免費紅茶中好喝的，茶葉挑的不錯

⭐️嫩肩牛排 170元 看以前價錢也漲了不少 看到別人點餐時候還可以點幾分熟 我點餐時候都沒問我，就直接出餐了 上餐後是冷凍組合肉 薄薄一片 吃起來沒有很新鮮，有醃製過台式牛排 鐵板白麵搭配蘑菇醬🍄倒是意外不錯吃

有看到開店時候蘑菇醬是現煮的 白麵q彈有勁🍝，搭配微微鐵板焦香 網路上都覺得麵比牛排好吃是沒錯的 跑那麼遠來踩點真的要做一下功課啊😆 網路上評價好感，麵＞雞排＞牛排

以前的白麵不吃的話最高紀錄多換4顆蛋 現在被改掉了，中間蛋價高漲的時候 一顆蛋都不能換😫 目前白麵是可以換兩顆蛋， 所以不吃麵有1+2蛋

可以換4顆蛋的時候在網路上被譽為健身特餐💪 老闆說白麵值20元,一顆蛋5元 所以以前蛋價便宜的時候可以換4顆蛋 在其他地方幾乎是不可能的，最多也就換一顆蛋 造就了高雄的都市傳說在網路上流傳 還有新聞特地來拍攝🎥

因為是攤販所以現場沒有廁所， 需要去市場的流動廁所 流動廁所衛生整潔也不太好 有潔癖的人最好還是外帶回家比較好🫣

目前黃昏市場有免費停車場, 但是常常很快就滿了🗑 騎機車或ubike比較方便停車

現在有uber外送，目前這邊收現金💰 其他分店有linepay付款， 統一餐點上桌到齊後店員會跟你結帳收錢

現場員工有十幾名，假日用餐時間大熱門 不管排隊，等餐都要蠻久的🗓 怕熱的人還是改去分店用餐會比較好
