What a delightful surprise to find this wonderful café tucked away in this town as we passed through. It has a great vibe and the owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the renovation and decoration of the shop. The coffee and cake were great, but the mushroom risotto was the real standout. Very nice Cafè. The owner very informative, patient and thoughtful.

She tried to introduce the food and the beverage detaily to my Aussie friend even she has language barrier.

The home made coffee was awesome and the desert was amazing too. Declaration around the store is nice and the atmosphere...

Aloha, stumbled upon this amazing coffee shop. Aunty was very knowledgeable about coffee from bean to roasting to flavor notes. I knew I was in for a treat before I even ordered. La pensée café【凡思咖啡】是一家揉合了藝術與園藝美感的咖啡廳門口的植栽豐富多元，看似隨興的擺設，風格卻顯獨特，側面的木框玻璃牆與攀爬蔓生的植栽，兼顧自然採光和綠意，也映襯出整家店的生活美學，舒適的人文氛圍，讓人很想窩在這裡，慢慢品嘗咖啡與甜點，讓人陷入沉浸與思考，如同店名[La pensée]的法文意思，就是想法與思考。 【凡思咖啡】主要販售著自家烘焙咖啡、輕食、手作甜點。無論是鹹派或是糕點皆屬上乘之作，派皮酥香卻不粗膩，內餡綿密細緻口感，配合整體的藝術餐盤擺飾，充分體現法式餐點美食與時尚的精隨。 20180308下午來店點了一杯西達摩G1 罕貝拉莊園 Guji Hambella水洗咖啡140元(風味:檸檸香 甜柑橘 烤可可 口感滑順濃郁甜美）入口甜蜜，降温後檸檸香酸明顯 中段的香甜酸尾韻持續，後段有微酸及果香表現明顯，但也帶出淡淡的甘甜及果香。 20180318下午14:30在凡思咖啡點了一份星空梵谷的藍莓起司蛋糕及咖啡歐蕾，蛋糕本體是起司蛋糕，上面覆蓋着檸檬及藍莓醬加上新鲜的大顆粒藍莓甜而不酸，風味與口感相當豐富滑順。咖啡歐蕾的風味比較絲滑順口，奶泡香與咖啡風味調和平衡口感不错。同時也點一杯衣索匹亞 耶加雪菲 果波塔 G1日曬咖啡140元，初入口就有一種屬於日曬特有果肉發酵的風味撲鼻而來，不過味道還算温和，稍微降温後，伴随着微酸的果香及甜蜜風味緊接著上場，咖啡的本體（body)時而果香時而甜蜜，中間贯穿柑橘香味，整體口感豐富多元温和滲香，尾韻最後是微酸果香。 20180326下午13:10點了一杯瓜地馬拉 安提拉 睡美人莊園的水洗咖啡120元，淡淡的柑橘酸伴随着紮實的果香及甜蜜風味，比較起耶加雪菲 水洗咖啡來説，果酸口味雖然較為内斂温和些，但是卻有一絲絲甜蜜的風味，尾韻的表现也是带着淡淡的微酸。 La pensée café【凡思咖啡】就甜點與咖啡的風味與口感，皆屬上乘極致無與倫比，我給予五顆星以上的評價，列入公開推薦清單，同時也將其納入喜愛的地點清單中。

I really enjoyed this place, found it by happenstance. The barista was very knowledgeable and explained the differences between beans and brewing methods very well. She was informative and knows her stuff very well. The vibe of the cafe is great and the coffee was really good.
