這間台式拉麵店有著日式叉燒的靈魂,台式拉麵清爽及份量 。我們準點11:30到達店門口,服務生有效率且親切的服務在還沒有入座就讓人對餐點有更高的期待 。我們點了店裡招牌的柚子胡椒拉麵 。老實說,柚子胡椒的香氣沒有很明顯,但是舒肥灸燒的魚片令人驚艷 。強烈建議先拿個小碗把魚片先撈起來避免過熟,同時先大口喝湯、大口吃麵🍜,品嚐完原味後,能吃辣的,必加店裡自製的辣椒醬!超級開胃讓你會想要再加麵! 朋友點的辣味版的擔擔麵,嗯,香氣是有,不過比起柚子胡椒的清爽湯頭,介於稍油但有香氣,但又不過辣的感覺 。如果想嚐試小辣的朋友可以試試 。 時蔬一盤$60,龍鬚菜燙到剛好的嫩,佐以胡麻醬好咏到我們連點了2盤!

This super popular Japanese noodle place is a pleasant to eat. The line in their Hualin store is always super long, so the new store is much better for us with parking next to it and no line.
