Tried the scallion cold dish, drunken chicken, and shrimp fried rice.

The scallion dish was sweet and crunchy—really refreshing and totally different from the usual scallion pancakes you find all over Luodong. Definitely worth a try!

The drunken chicken was tasty too, though it was super cold—maybe a bit too much for my teeth.😰

And finally, I highly recommend the shrimp fried rice. It took a little while to come out, but it was absolutely worth the wait. Not too oily, had that nice wok hei flavor, and a subtle sweetness that made it really satisfying.
