蒙地卡羅is located in a small alley in the town of Magong. A cosy place to have very interesting coffee, tea and alcohol. They serve desserts and toast. Their drinks has really unique kind that are not found else where and are curated by the owner.
The owner is friendly and doesn’t rush you to order. You can sit and have a read of manga or books that are available in the cafe.
The milk tea and red tea are really nice. The Monte Carlo special milk tea is refreshing! Their toast is also popular with many different kind of spread.
