Amazing food and lovely vibes! Cozy and small space reminded me of the hole in the wall, late night eateries of Japan, albeit with the warmth and friendliness of Taiwanese locals.
Skewers were perfectly seasoned and grilled. Grilled onigiri was charred perfectly with an adequate amount of roasted rice without burning it (very hard to get this right. I've eaten at many places which failed to do so!). Loved how it also featured local fares so you'll get sth fresh and interesting. Other dishes - like the vegetable and tempura roll - we're quite innovative and very delicious!
While the selection of sake is limited, the sommelier is very helpful is in explaining which paired best with our orders.

Read more可能網路評價太高,原本期待有到食物饗宴的程度...但實際上沒有,只能稱得上一頓大餐,不至於到饗宴的程度。(榮町,小島xx、隱xx,3間價位差不多,但另外兩家,才能稱得上饗宴。)
如果說,是為了朝聖、以為是排隊名店,抱著期待來的話,會非常失望。
食物普普,大部分應該都是拿營業用現成的東西(所以不需要有什麼食物饗宴的期待)。
但這無傷大雅。
負評的部分: 所有炸物都太太太焦了,可樂餅焦到有苦味,春捲裡面的炸蝦,也是焦到...差點跟我朋友猜拳輸的人吃掉。 明太子雞翅,我覺得雞肉腥味好重,我朋友則是覺得醬汁沒有入味。而且小小一個雞翅不知道怎麼回事,吃到後面好膩。
失望的部分: 剝皮辣椒牛真的很普通,加在一起也沒有變得網路評價說的超級加分感,就只是把他們湊在一起。 炸蝦春捲,除了很焦,也沒有網路上說的那麼驚艷,就是加了生菜和日式美乃滋,沒有什麼記憶點。(朋友說,不如吃爭鮮炸蝦手捲,生菜更多,蝦炸的剛剛好)
合格以上的項目: 明太子山藥,份量多,CP值高,這道菜到哪個居酒屋都表現不錯。 2.明太子飯糰,白飯跟明太子的份量搭配,整體呈現和諧的感覺。 鮭魚泡飯水準以上,鮭魚份量充足,湯底不錯,飯硬度剛好,芥末是品質不錯的芥末,高於平均水準。
可以拿出來跟其他居酒屋比拼的唯一項目: 玉子燒很精緻,沒有蛋腥味,淡淡地味霖醬油和芥末,完全不會膩,一層一層的看得出技術不錯。
以這個價位,這樣的表現算可以,也很樂見澎湖有不錯的居酒屋,如果本身喜歡居酒屋,或是想要享受比台北平價的居酒屋,那就會值得來吃。
