作為常客/鄰居，我明白您的服務員不是機器人，但多次接待我的同一名員工之前並未提及任何用餐時間限制。然而這次，她在我與父親進店時告知用餐時間限制，然後在我拿菜單點餐時又再次提及，讓我感到不受歡迎。當時整個餐廳裡只有三個顧客。如果您查看我上次拜訪的視頻，您會看到我停留了3-4個小時，點了兩次餐，最後兩個小時餐廳是空無一人的。

Hi, thank you for the quick response. I regret to say that your reply seemed somewhat sarcastic. I consider myself a responsible and respectful customer. Having worked in the service industry for over 30 years, from a tea shop clerk to a business professional, I find your response too candid and not entirely truthful. Your store did not have a clearly displayed "closing hour," nor was I informed of any dining time limits during my previous visits. You will also notice that many recent guest reviews also reflect that the 90-minute time limit makes guests feel uncomfortable, especially when they are being rushed to leave, resulting in a poor experience.

As a regular customer/neighbor, I understand that your staff are not robots. However, the same employee who assisted me previously never mentioned any dining time limits. This time, she mentioned the dining limit twice, which made me feel unwelcome. When she did this, there were only three customers in the entire restaurant. If you review the video of my visit, you will see that I stayed for 3-4 hours, ordered twice, and the restaurant was empty for the last two hours.

I hope your response to a returning customer who felt mistreated could be more ideal. Given your reaction, I am disappointed (though you may not care), and I have nothing more to say.

I believe people can judge based on your response whether this is a friendly place to visit. This employee needs further training and should be more professional with repeat customers.

去年，我和丈夫回台灣看望父母時，這裡是我們最喜歡的餐廳之一。它們有豐富的無麩質和無乳製品選擇，裝飾也很迷人。我們拍了照片，發了Instagram，並承諾會再來。我今年三月和五月又來了。

然而，五月的經歷不太愉快，因為台灣的濕熱天氣。一天下午，我在那裡呆了三到四個小時，點了早午餐，使用了他們的Wi-Fi和充電插座，最後為了不佔用太久，又點了一份餐點。當我帶著父親再次光臨時，服務員兩次提醒我用餐時間限90分鐘，讓我感到很尷尬。

Food is excellent, the atmosphere is well-designed to have ample natural light along with greenery everywhere.

However, we pre-ordered the food more than an hour before arrival and there were two dishes already sitting at our table when we arrived and the other dishes came out at various times.

So while we were here, some of us were close to finishing our meal while others just started their meal. The appetizer of fries also came much later than our mains and drinks for some reason.

Overall, still a nice experience, and would still recommend this place, but the service...

Really nice vibe here. A great place to relax and listen to great music. I tried the Beef Balsamic Linguine and it tastes amazing! The beef is soft and savory and cooked to perfection.

There is an array of coffee and beverage selections and my favorite is the milk tea and latte.
