Louisa Coffee Wenhu — Restaurant in Neihu District

It really upsets me. There was two employees at the store, but when we tried to have an order, they showed very rude attitude and immediately order us to wait. They didn’t even say sorry for waiting. And they just did their works for a long time. Was it too difficult to get the order first? We waited in line for a long time, but their disrespect persisted when they finally got the order. Of course not all Louisa coffee shops are like this, but at least if you're thinking of visiting here, please think...

Drinks & Food 2 people-order: 1 flat white, 1 tea-coffee latte; 1 jalapeño pork burger, 1 smoked chicken sandwich quality: coffee = you can get far better coffee for the same price at local cafes, Louisa’s coffee quality has been decreasing a lot over the last few years, even Family Mart coffee has a better quality; food = usual, it’s cheap enough to warrant the price, but not good enough

Service: baristas are overworked, unfriendly and can’t keep up with the orders; the self-service ordering ipads are user-unfriendly and have no English translations for non-native Chinese speakers (this way of ordering is very PR Chinese); not environmental-friendly (I ordered dine-in, but I got a take-out cup and my sandwich packed-to-go)

Atmosphere: this cafe is incredibly and disgustingly dirty — the chairs and tables are not cleaned after people have used them, the floor looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months (lots of hair, breadcrumbs, and sticky drinks on the floor), the toilets are even worse (probably haven’t been cleaned in years)

飲品與食物 兩人點餐：1杯平白咖啡，1杯茶咖啡拿鐵；1個墨西哥辣椒豬肉漢堡，1個煙燻雞肉三明治 品質：咖啡 = 同樣價格在當地咖啡館可以喝到更好的咖啡，路易莎咖啡品質這幾年下降很多，甚至全家便利商店的咖啡品質都比這裡好；食物 = 一般，價格夠便宜，所以還能接受，但並不算好

服務：咖啡師工作過量，不友好，無法跟上訂單；自助點餐的iPad對用戶不友好，沒有給非中文母語者的英語翻譯（這種點餐方式很大陸化）；不環保（我點了內用，但我拿到的是外帶杯，三明治也是打包帶走的）
