Paul was our one of the best place for breakfast or tea time etc. Until last week!Because last week they have changed their concept and became self service . Except that even coffee they give with paper glass. It is not even close to Paul quality we know. Water in paper glass too and the food serving like school lunch meal. I think very soon also food they will give with the plastic plates. Where is the natural friendly people now even at Paul they use more plastic... I believe if they continue like this we will never go to the Paul...

There’s a surf & turf main course with steak and salmon. When I asked if they could to medium rare or medium for the steak, the staff said “we only do one cook” which is well done.
