點了一份藥燉排骨外帶 湯頭3分，排骨1分，衛生0分 回家打開直接撈出一隻蒼蠅，大隻的那種，我可以接受路邊攤比較不衛生，但湯裡面有一整隻大蒼蠅我真的無法接受。 排骨也是那種便宜，通常拿來燉湯用的那種，不是一根肋骨的那種...
