A group of us visited this restaurant on a weekday night. The restaurant was not crowded but after about 30 minutes of seating, service staff became very busy. Two of our orders were mixed up with other tables’. It was a clean and spacious restaurant.
What I loved most was the freshness of sashimi. The platter served with absolutely fresh pieces of raw fish on ice; for me who didn’t quite eat raws to savour them would be quite daunting but they were so delicious. There wasn’t any aftertaste or smell. Other dishes worth mentioning were steamed cod, steamed prawns, mayonnaise bamboo shoots - thick and juicy (my favourite), fry clams, deep fried oysters, seafood soup as well as other fresh greens. I didn’t quite like the red paste sliced meat (红糟肉) which I found them a bit blend and dry. We ordered a lot more than those in the pictures but because our stomachs and mouths worked faster than the phones’ cameras, we missed out on photography.
There was a moderately sized car park near the restaurant. It got crowded after a while. Better to make bookings before going to the restaurant. It was busy...

一、內用年菜份量足,海鮮新鮮,菜色口味不錯。烏魚子造型與口味極佳,煙燻鮭魚、鮑魚、燒酒蝦、蒸石斑、避風塘蟹不錯,蜜汁豬肋排、人參雞還不錯。 1.祥獅獻瑞大三元:冷盤,有烏魚子、煙燻鮭魚、鮑魚三道,烏魚子切片和蘋果片、蒜苗片、蘿蔔片串在一起,相當有創意,烏魚子軟硬、鹹度適中,整串一起吃鹹中帶有蘋果自然的甜,蘿蔔的脆,蒜苗的香,非常美味。煙燻鮭魚捲生洋蔥絲,鮭魚肉軟嫩有煙燻味,鹹度適中。鮑魚軟Q鮮甜,做為配菜的泡菜甜脆微酸,也很好吃。 2.迎春酒香海明蝦:就是燒酒蝦,上桌時現煮,有淡淡酒香味,用的是明蝦,比一般宴席常用的白蝦檔次更高,蝦仁Q彈鮮甜,很可口。 3.經典花雕佛跳牆:湯不過油但稍偏甜,若能適量降低糖量味道會更好,配料豐富,有排骨酥、豬腳、豬肚、蹄筋、鳥蛋、香菇。 4.蒲燒鰻魚蒸米糕:鰻魚厚實,魚刺也剔除得很乾淨,吃來軟中帶點紮實,糖量若能稍微降低味道會更好。米糕稍過軟,若能Q一點口感會更好。 5.皇庭真露海石斑:體型不小,魚肉軟嫩鮮甜,但上桌時僅介於溫熱中間,若能熱一點會更好吃。 6.醬燒蜜汁豬肋排:做法特別,肥瘦相間的豬肋排吃來紮實而不柴,淋上醬汁鹹中微帶點甜,青椒味濃,味道還不錯。純瘦肉不帶肥肉的豬肋排稍柴。 7.四季海蟹避風塘:乍看以為是蒜酥拌四季豆,原來下方埋著裹粉酥炸的海蟹,四季豆清脆鮮甜,海蟹外酥內軟,味道都不錯。蒜酥份量若再多一點,香氣更夠,味道會更好。 8.養氣人參烏骨雞:湯鮮甜,不過油,有人參特有的甘甜味,雞肉帶皮吃還不錯,若只吃肉,有部分略柴。 9.干貝百菇長年菜:長年菜就是芥菜,微脆,不苦,搭配的干貝鮮甜軟嫩,鴻喜菇也有到位,白果軟嫩,但比一般吃的白果多了微酸的味道,比較不ok。 10.甜點:空心麵團油炸,口感偏軟,介於雙胞胎與板豆腐之間,不如雙胞胎有嚼勁,甜度適中。 11.水果:西瓜微脆而清甜,鳳梨酸甜可口。 二、內用年菜定價不...
Read more真的很氣,我要客訴!今天晚上9:30到常常去的太發海鮮餐廳吃宵夜,還帶著第一次去的家人,總共3位,一位還在停車。 當時很熱,我表示想坐在比較涼的位子,因為常坐的位子已經有人坐了,我想坐在冰櫃前面第二排的位子,有一位高高的男店員,不是櫃檯那位,也沒有戴眼鏡,身上有酒味,態度很差的叫我們一定要坐進門的位子,我說這個位子很熱,可不可以坐冰櫃前第二排的位子呢?(之前2個人去吃時也常坐那個位子) 他應該不知道我是常客,常常去吃晚餐和宵夜,所以對店裡面的位置都很熟。 他就態度強硬的說那裡的位子等一下要放酒進去,進出不方便,還說那是5個人坐的,我說我們坐第二排,不會妨礙到,可以拆成2桌,我們3個人坐一桌,那時是週日晚上9:30了,不太會有大桌的客人進來!而且五人座的還有很多桌都是空著的,都是兩桌併成一桌,當時旁邊女店員也硬說那是5個人的座位堅持不能讓我們坐,重點是我常常去吃,我們兩個人也常常坐在那個位子,為什麼今天去碰到他們兩個我們就不能坐在那裡?因為那時已經9:30不太會有大桌客人,我們也不是酒客,我們是常客,很熟、都吃很快就走,不知道今天為什麼莫名其妙被兇? 所以一氣之下我們就離開了!第一次帶家人去就這麼丟臉,以後應該不會想再去了!花錢去那邊受氣的嗎? 後來我們就去永貞路的第一次去的別間海鮮熱炒,服務員態度非常親切,幫我們安排很涼爽舒服寬敞的位子,菜色也都很棒,推~我們也吃得很開心。 以後不會再去太發了,服務態度太差,還好沒有帶朋友去,要不然我的臉...
