KFC — Restaurant in New Taipei

Terrible customer service!

My 7 month pregnant wife wanted an egg tart so we went to the counter to order one. I was ignored by the staff for a few minutes until finally a clerk came up and told me to go order at the kiosk. I had $100NT in my hand and I know the kiosk doesn't accept cash so I said I'd ordered at the counter before and she again pointed to the kiosk and told me again to go order there in a demeaning manner, like scolding a child. This is how you treat customers?

Whoever manages the staff at this location should be fired. Absolute disgraceful...

點餐照片就是一腿一排,說不能挑給雞翅是什麼 鬼???雞翅跟雞腿價格是有一樣??? 我只要求跟圖片表示一樣的餐點應該不過分吧 不然就把圖示通通換成雞翅啊 反正遇到這種鳥事建議就現場取消訂單吧 旁邊有漢堡王,前面不遠也有麥當勞 至少拿到的餐點不會跟圖示有落差

They didnt give you any chicken like in the picture, if you buy sets you only got chicken wing and other chicken part, I only eat chicken breast or thigh still ok for me, but none of this come in my meal this time, so KFC please fix your picture of chicken in the menu its super misleading, when you try to talk to person, the employee here just using same sentence as company rules repeat hundred times, so why you misleading your customer, your customer minus one its me, and will be more in the future as I will explain to my family and friends for my bad experience here.

I often buy kfc in Taiwan and this is my first time encounter such a rude and mean employee ever in my life, I am super disappointed as a loyal customer, I will never buy kfc again in Taiwan because of this. Thanks...
