之前還蠻常去這家店，但是今天被漏單了，在門口吹寒風等了半小時，最後退錢不吃了，吹風吹得我，本來沒有預計坐這麼久，看了其他評論，原來已經不只一次，不是漏單就是漏餐，以前我也被問過還缺甚麼還沒來

有客人寫的紙本菜單，也有點餐機的小白單，居然還會漏單，是人一定會出錯，但好的流程可以避免出錯，目前就是點餐到出餐的流程有問題，流程不改，就算引進百萬點餐機也沒有用

紙本菜單舊單在上，新單在下，出餐順序不會錯，紙本菜單出餐後打勾，就不會漏餐，小白單完單後給紙本菜單的人對一下，不要自己揉單，有漏單或漏餐一比對就知道，真的沒...

身爲服務業，與客人的互動是基本的吧！填好單子跑去櫃台點餐一付臭臉不理，就把單子直接拿去壓在別人做好的早餐下面也不做處理，就算是假日人潮眾多要顧客線上點餐也要開金口吿知顧客吧，問了都不講，不說還以爲來到廟裡求神了咧！BTW，去過其他人潮眾多的早餐店也沒像這間態度那麼差的，建議改爲機器人...
