大魔大滿足鍋物-板橋民生店 — Restaurant in New Taipei

The reviews of this place attracted me and they are well deserved! I went on a Sunday night and was seated right away. The server did not speak English and I speak no Chinese but we were able to use Google translate to excellent effect. She let me know of the deals and inclusions and substituted for me after I let her know I have an allergy. The sauce bar is well stocked, everything was fresh and came out very quickly. For the price, you are given a lot of food and a dessert! The spicy milk broth is so good. I had a beef/pork set that came with seafood and I ordered vegetables. There are options for dessert but I got the fresh milk ice cream to go. I highly recommend a visit if you're looking for...

Its my third time coming back here so I thought id write a review. This place has the best hotpot i’ve ever tried in the area with a very relaxing atmosphere and a reasonable price. The sauces, drinks and dessert are all complimentary and very high-end. What’s expensive is actually the meat that you choose, depending on normal pork/beef or wagyu. If you’re on a budget, this place can still give you a decent portion for $400-500NTD/person.

The quality here is amazing so only come here if you’re seeking a good bank...

整體來說是還不錯的，但我覺得員工訓練還可以更精進，也許這只是個個案

今天到店內用餐，一到座位時，看到我要坐下的椅子上有三個食物的殘渣吧，如果今天我沒看到可能我的褲子就遭殃了，我想說我找一下衛生紙等等自己擦掉，就沒有馬上坐下，服務生妹妹可能看我怎麼都不坐下，機靈的拿衛生紙幫我用（沒想到衛生紙藏在桌子邊），雖然感謝她但還是希望可以拿個濕紙巾擦一下，因為殘渣還在椅子上沒擦乾淨啊～所以事後還是自己整理一番，這些倒是還好，只是清潔桌面跟椅子爾後再多加注意就好～ 讓我留下低評分的是因為用餐途中 我看到我的肉盤邊上有一隻微小的東西，起初不以為然因為都黑色的，但牠就爬來爬去的，仔細一看結果是隻微小蟑螂，觀察牠一下子，應該是從桌沿爬上來的吧，就按了服務鈴，跟服務生妹妹說有蟑螂喔～她說了不好意思後拿起衛生紙殺掉就把牠帶離了，要不是是非常小隻的也還好我比較不怕這種小的，不然場面真的會很可怕吧（可能會聽到尖叫聲？！），結帳出去前也沒看到老闆或是主管來處理這件事的後續，是不知道服務生沒有向內部反應用餐桌上有蟑螂爬過一事，還是老闆根本不在意呢？ 今天如果老闆或是主管有來致歉意思意思一下，我也不會上來寫評論，我也知道外面店家不可能做的跟集團一樣，補償一樣的東西之類，有時候客人也只是要一個感覺，看你們重不重視這件事而已，這種事可大可小，要是今天是一個奧客發生這種事，真的不知道會有什麼結局呢！ 另外坐櫃檯結帳的不知道是不是老闆，態度可以在友善一點，開火鍋店的一點溫度都沒有^^看別人的評論也有看到評論服務方面，底下貴店還回覆會改進，都幾個月了，不知道這樣是有沒有改進，還是只是機器人複製貼上？如果要被動式服務或是服務這麼沒感情，那麻煩請把10%服務費拿掉吧，客人自己用就好，還不用受這些不必要的氣，服務生認真有跟沒有是一樣的^^...
