Booked dinner for 3 people on a Monday night. $1780 per person +10%.
We were seated in an 8-person room with the teppanyaki in the middle. It was well decorated, spacious, and cozy at the same time. The servers took a while to take drink orders and they were out of white wine.
There's no menu and the dishes change often. We had 11 courses and the whole meal took about two hours. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chef were obvious. Our meal included 1/2 a lobster tail in uni sauce and wagyu beef. 1/2 a lobster tail in just about any restaurant in Taipei is going to cost you $800-1000NT minimum so there's good value for money. You can choose to upgrade your wagyu from 40g of strip steak to 80g of fillet for $580NT.

For the food, I'm impressed that I like pretty much every dish. There isn't one that I don't, which actually surprises me.
The dining area is very neat. The service is nice but there's still room for improvement. It's a bit uneasy that the waiter/waitress takes empty plates from the back, especially in a bar setting environment like this. Another thing is that the kitchen missed an extra order I made, which is quite a shame. Despite this and that, i enjoy the food a lot, so I'd still rate it 5 stars.

Read moreIt's a nice teppanyaki... different from other places as decoration is nice (not too fancy). Thenfood is an exploration of flavour with fresh ingredients, and each disch is delicious. The menu is fixed and can not be changed. Therefore, be prepared to taste everything. For me, it was very interesting as I tasted some ingredients whi h I would not order if I had the choice. The chef is very serious and pro. The staff are nice. At arrival you have to wait outside... a bit puzzled as you don't know what's happening and no one is there. They let you in precisely at booking time. In a nutshell, it's a good experience very different and interesting from other teppanyaki I had before.... I would quality it good experience. The price is a bit on...
