Haidilao Xinzhuang Honhui Branch — Restaurant in New Taipei

I know that when I go to Haidilao, I’m paying a premium as you know you would get amazing service, as I have from all my other experiences at other Haidilao locations. However, we were all pretty disappointed by the service we received at this location. The main attendant did his job of taking our orders… and that’s about it. He infrequently came to check on us, rarely refilled our waters, and was just overall just…okay. Very unlike all my other experiences at Haidilao where I am amazed by the service. Also, if you try using the “secret phrases” here, be prepared to be disappointed. It didn’t work here.

Food was still great, but the very average service was a shame. If you are visiting Haidilao for the first time, I’d make sure for it to NOT...

Haidilao finally opened in the area. The restaurant is fresh. the staff if super helpful and are currently from all over taiwan to support this store opening. So the service was amazing and definitely up to the Haidilao standards. The food was great Spicy soup was consistent and was not lacking anything. Meats/fishes where super fresh and you can taste the quality. So if you are a Haidilao lover come test out...

此次用餐時段是比較晚，就直接打電話詢問是否有位子？很幸運能訂到位，沒有等太久就入店用餐。

跟其他店大致相同，等待時間有提供美甲服務、水、益智遊戲等內容，最棒的是還有哈根達斯可免費享用，記得之前還有其他分店提供擦皮鞋、按摩椅，冰淇淋還有四種口味左右，這邊就是兩種，當天是淇淋巧酥 + 草莓，雖然只有兩種，但是也很不錯了，本身提供像是美甲、益智遊戲等內容，讓消費者打發時間，也算貼心。

到店用餐會先確認是否為會員，登入後就是平板點餐，這邊會提供

。濕紙巾（擦手） 。酒精棉片（擦手機、眼鏡等） 。夾鏈袋（裝手機、口罩等） 。圍兜（防止衣服噴濺到）

湯頭（鍋底）可以挑四種，除了本身湯底費用外，小菜、水、甜點、水果 都是免費無限提供，如果需要醬料跟飲料、白飯等，則是額外單點，白飯30元無限吃，醬料是 1人 50元，不過我個人覺得湯本身就很有味道，而且點蝦滑，會附上一個醬汁，其實也很夠了，我個人習慣是不會再加點醬料，白飯就看個人，因為通常都會點麵，所以就會略過白飯。

湯頭至少選一種，最多挑四種，如只有想要兩種，其他兩個可用清水，是不需要再收費。

料的話，以單點的消費模式，主要有分為【撈排十佳】、【特色菜】、【葷菜】、【素菜】、【滷味菜】、【套餐】等內容

喝的話也有啤酒可以點，比較知名的【白漿啤酒】等，飲料就是汽水或是王老吉等

湯頭味道好之外，火鍋料、丸滑類都不差，肉品表現也不錯，軟嫩且無腥臭味。因為點餐都平板點，可切換多種語系，帶外國朋友來也很方便。

強烈建議要先註冊或登錄，再給服務人員結帳，5元可累積 1點，點數累積後可換一些贈品。

用餐空間位置多、空間舒服、宏匯裡也有停車場。而用餐的位置有點隔起來的感覺，眼睛視線是一個較高的設計，只要坐著基本上不會看到別桌，也不會被看到（打擾）除非站起來，但是基本上吃東西也不會站著吃，所以這個設計我覺得還不錯。
