The drinks are nothing special to write home about. We ordered a drink that was supposed to have 4 toppings. After paying the worker told us they were out of pearls and asked if we wouldn't mind having more of the other 3 toppings. We asked if they can give us some other toppings so we still end up having 4 toppings but they refused (even though they clearly have other toppings in the bin). What poor customer service and boarder line unethical sales tactics. Will not return.

茶類都很好喝，其中特別喜歡海神，濃郁茶味中有種特別的香氣，也非常推薦海神奶茶，奶茶加上海神的特殊茶香，甜而不膩。茶類都是現泡，需要等待一下，但速度還算快，不會等太久。

因為接到大訂單外送 就無法好好面對現場客人 這點非常有趣且不能接受 都尚未開口便得到匆忙且不耐地說 「不接不接，我們來不及。要就等兩小時後」 摁...被你們的急促感到驚嚇 想說想買個飲料，還要承受你們這種情緒 重點是還沒有買到😄

如果這樣的話 你們可以把店面鐵門關一半然後在裡面做 沒必要這樣開著然後還勞煩你們自己 一一跟每個現場顧客煩躁地說不接 在意這筆大訂單 卻錯失了更多現場想購買顧客的信任 我相信絕對得不償失☺️

店長～你們自己看著辦吧 七張站的Comebuy收了 對面的茶湯會也已經收了 你們要不要考慮當下一間啊？

晚餐後想買一杯手搖飲解渴 和家人點了三杯 其中兩杯是少冰半糖的奶茶+晶球 拿到飲品後隨即在店外喝一口 第一口我覺得‘’超級甜‘’ 以為是吸到晶球的糖漿 後來將吸管拉到最上面喝冰塊附近也是 “”超級甜“” 轉身向我的家人告知我的是全糖吧好甜 接著姐姐也反應 他那杯少冰半糖也是超甜～ 再回到店家向店員告知 製作飲品的人員向前回覆我 他沒有做錯 是半糖沒錯 但我與姐姐都反映這兩杯的甜度不對 兩度反應後 店家堅持沒有做錯飲品 我們也只能摸摸鼻子離開...

事後想想 點了兩杯 但給我的不是我點的正確甜度 這兩杯也就無法喝下去...
