Don’t ever come here, the customer service at this particular store is ridiculous, I asked when my drink is going to be ready and the staff passively aggressively answered “YOURS IS NOT READY” in Chinese and I didn’t respond to that and then 5 mins went by and I asked when mine was ready because I thought she has forgotten so I asked again politely and then she yelled at me that mine was ready and she raised her voice at me and i assumed another girl who was the manager joined in on the girl and yelled at, there was no customer service and the store and I felt very disrespected.. never coming back...

我真的是謝謝這家店金框眼鏡短髮女店員 態度真的是跩一個二五八萬的 對待同事也不是很友善欸

當時本人4/20 11:50 打電話叫了九杯飲料 那時間點我到店時沒什麼客人 九杯飲料 應該是綽綽有餘能夠做好的 但我硬深深等了二十分鐘 就是想早點拿到飲料才提早打電話的啊 不然打電話要幹嘛？先告知你們我要去您店消費嗎

到現場 排隊 結帳都沒問題 黑框眼鏡女生很有禮貌 真的一顆星是讚賞他的態度

金框女生出來 我的飲料最後一杯是這位小姐放的 他也問啊這個來拿了嗎 黑框眼鏡女生也說來了

我站在旁邊 我想說他應該會給我了 我就站在旁邊 他撇了我一眼 然後飲料也沒打算給我 我被晾在一旁大約莫十分鐘左右

12:09我才拿到飲料

我才問黑框店員 請問我的飲料好了嗎 黑框店員才很慌張的跟我說好了 我就問 同間店的店員 是態度會不會差太多

金框眼鏡店員還口氣很差的對黑框眼鏡店員講話 不管人家是新來的 或和你有啥深仇大恨

拜託 客人面前擺個樣子行嗎？ 你要教育人請你私底下教育 擺上來台面真的很難看 就算人家哪裡不好 好好講很難嗎 至少人家態度好 就真的一百分先起跳了

如果不喜歡做服務業 請你不要出來做服務業 真的是有夠誇張==
