Stewed stinky Tofu with a southeast Asian twist. The boss is a genius, I’ve never had flavors this packed in a vegan broth before, his style of cooking is brought together to fuse a new style of stinky Tofu. Been twice already and can't wait to bring friends again. Carefully prepared dishes with a unique blending of Han and Vietnamese influences. And the price on both occasions worked out to about NT150/person--and we were stuffed. The Vietnamese couple who cook and operate the restaurant are super attentive...

看找蔬食特地從大安區過來吃的素食臭豆腐湯麵🍜

週六中午特地來訪內用，人數眾多，看到店家也有在跟外送平台合作，滿滿的內用人潮等不到內用餐點，卻是滿滿的外送員在取餐。可能是外送單眾多的緣故，當下打開外送頁面已經看到店家停止接單，沒有繼續開著。內用也等了一小時，有些人的小菜沒到就付錢走人，也有些小朋友等不及就離開了。建議店家在尖峰時段可以服務好內用的食客，對店家本身比較會有好印象，也不會忙不過來。

針對餐點的部分，很滿意。素食臭豆腐青菜湯麵，湯頭非常輕甜，臭豆腐三大塊，每一塊都吸滿湯汁。臭豆腐的外型是長型的，質地是軟綿口感，但仍保有一定的紮實程度。非常驚艷，可以為了這個再回訪。

燙青菜本身會加上素滷肉，個人比較不喜歡。滷味也是讓人記憶深刻的點，滷蘿蔔約滷至九成透，不會軟爛，在接近軟爛的邊緣，保有一定的纖維口感，很好吃。滷豆包也是吸滿了湯汁，比外面的豆皮還要厚上幾層，口感紮實滿口。

老闆娘態度非常好，老闆則要加油。老闆在非常忙碌的時候顯得異常焦躁，可能也很忙碌所以沒有炸越式春捲。即便台桌上擺著炸豆包也跟我說...
