This is the third 王品branded restaurant that we’d tried on this trip to Taiwan. The other two being Tasty and Xiang Duck. I’m impressed with this company’s innovation and marketing strategy. It is constantly reinventing itself with both old and new brands. Hot pot is immensely popular in Taipei, and it’s competition is fierce. With its unlimited vegetables, drinks and carbs, it stands out in the market place. We ordered both the highest quality beef and the lowest. Frankly, they don’t taste all that different. We also ordered the 300g size, which we found to be too much meat and left no room for the veggies and other things. Both beef types were okay, but not great. So our recommendation is to order the lowest priced beef in regular size. The selection from the self serve bar was really nice that included different types of fish paste cakes and freshly minced pork. Also, we have never seen so many options on the dipping sauce. Read more年初,有過不舒服的用餐經驗,選擇結完帳後和襄理分享,當然她們很有誠意的道歉,且要退服務費給我們。
但我認知我已吃了,且願意分享是因為我喜歡這個用餐環境,我並不接受退費,用客訴換來的,太不高尚了。
過去,對於戴董時期追求的餐飲業相當敬重、敬佩,甚至深入研究貴司而受邀參與台中總部,之後才有十年的餐飲經驗,故對於這兩次的經驗,甚感失望。
事隔半年,原本想前往西提,但想念的味道吸引著我提起勇氣前往,熟悉的襄理,隔著口罩都感受到的笑容,謝謝您,讓我帶著愉悅的心情入內用餐。
ㄧ、差別待遇 但可惜的是...我從點餐便開始等候、上湯時候一位男士請我試喝湯,過去的服務是會添置碗上試湯,現在可能疫情關係改變了(可是對面後來這一桌又有提供服務😂),算了!算了!
二、未滿足客戶需求,員工間溝通不良 我熟門熟路的告知,麻辣鍋直接加湯,昆布鍋需要加濃。但下一位女士服務員直接加湯,完全不知道加濃這回事,直到我二次提醒,當時湯已經加太滿了!
三、尋求總是被漠視 part one 她送了一碗濃郁湯頭前往,因為湯太滿了,我們各自裝了一碗湯,故需要一個新的碗同步告知,他經過我們好多趟,總是錯過我的碗😂 直到第二位女士服務員,我先生和她要了一次,她轉身和後面的客人說話,對方要求兩個醬料,立即送達,而我的碗又再次錯過了 隔壁走道來了第三個女士服務員,母親叫住她要了碗,他從隔壁沒人的座位快速的隔著玻璃給予,感謝天,我終於不和碗錯過,可是瑞凡當他隔著玻璃給碗的時候,碗口就這樣和玻璃親密接觸了。 且這樣給碗,實在不禮貌,很難相信一向服務出名的王品集團會有這樣的錯誤。
四、尋求總是被漠視 part Two 席間我的鍋已吃了2/3,點餐中含的日式勺粉一直未抵達,過程中和兩位女服務生詢問,直到隔壁桌一位壽星正享受送來的生日蛋糕,而母親失去耐心的打斷他們,一直喊叫服務人員,完全沒聽到,直到壽星提示她,請問我們又跟哈利波特借了隱形斗篷嗎?怎麼老是進入三峽店我都會擁有隱形斗篷呢?還是我們已經被冠上奧客標籤,所以你們自動略過我們呢?
肉片完全吃完了,鍋中剩下青菜,感謝天我的日式勺粉終於和我相見歡了,但我已經吃完了,勺粉來的意義已經不大了,此刻我已經按耐不住的對她發了脾氣
原來她是新的店長,我真的很surprise ,因為她是事件三的女服務員,她解釋他要去為我們拿時,同事說已經給了,所以是我們記性不好忘了來過?也忘記自己吃過什麼,所以我們說謊了?
誠心建議恢復以前餐抵達就將帳單畫掉,這樣有個憑證什麼來過什麼還沒,你們經過時候也能知道還缺什麼,及時送上,講真老催促,我自己都覺得不好意思。
