An unsolicited very personal opinion of a non-expert average being in the search for the greatest 檸檬-西西里咖啡 in Taiwan.

Coffee: ✅ - as served separately, by itself: smooth to the taste, a bit oily, great sweet smell. When poured: flavours awake, fruity taste besides the lime, adds and complements the acidity of the citrus. Great aftertaste that lays on the back of your tongue. Sweetness: ✅ - just about right. Let the natural flavors of other ingredients still show, plus I believe it had a pinch of salt, which made everything popped up and balance. Sourness: ✅ - soft, natural lime taste, fresh lime pieces included. Still, would personally prefer it a bit more sour. Ice: 🆗 - as this being a smoothie version, it's natural that ice proportion is greater, yet didn't became watery and let the coffee and lime flavors show off. Visuals: ✅ - esthetically pleasant, cute presentation.

The place has a quite nice chill and cozy atmosphere, perfect for chatting, or reading. Nice music background. Too bright/cold lights for my liking. Clerks and waitress are kind and attentive, good at explaining and presenting their products....

Coffee is great. What they serve on the small dining plate is very interesting. Firstly, they want you to smell the powder form of coffee. Secondly, you can try ice version. And then thirdly the hot one. It can allow you to enjoy the flavors of different forms of the same coffee. My personal favorite is light roasted coffee and the coffee they serve make my day. Good coffee beams selections, mostly from Central America (Panama, Costa Rica and Guatemala) and Africa (Ethiopia, Kenya). And pricey. Each cup of coffee would cost u around usd 7 (200 ntd). But still worthy to try it once a while, since the environment is good. Well, weekends or holidays is not recommended if u want a place to work or study, since usually there are family...
