Louisa Coffee 路易．莎咖啡(板橋江子翠門市) — Restaurant in New Taipei

This has got to be the Louisa branch with the worst service out of the many branches I have been to in Taipei.

Despite that the option of ordering via their official app has been around for years, the staff members working at this branch all have difficulties catering to orders made via the app. Either they would neglect to call your number when your order is ready, or they would simply forget about the fact that they had accepted the order.

The staff members working at this branch also wasn’t trained to handle situations when orders are coming in via the app and over the phone at the same time. As such, even though my order via the app went through, it actually wasn’t dealt with until the staff members working at the cashier was done taking the long order over the phone.
