McDonald's Tamsui Xinshi — Restaurant in New Taipei

They have drive thru - which is unheard of in this city. I only give it 3 stars because the kids playroom is just an empty room. I felt like I was putting my daughter in a cage. I also don't like how they changed the menu. It's hard enough learning how to order in Chinese and then they go and changed it - not that one specifically of course. Alas, no English available at this location and the staff don't seem to care too much...

Now, three years later they are doing automated orders which is stupid. There is one cashier and one expeditor. They cut seats in the dining room and the customer service is suffering. Don't go there 50% of the time my order is wrong. I just wanted pancakes. Said I wanted a #13. Pointed to the picture and got something. Surprise! Not what I ordered. Found out when I got home. I don't even go there very often. Such...

So, after the reopening, I must change my review... This new design is... ridiculous, the worst I've ever seen! Where did you find the idea to remove most of the tables!? And, where did you find your contractors to do the work!? Such a low quality job, special mention for the main counter not aligned with the kitchen old floor. Can't recommend anyone...
