服務態度非常惡劣的門市！ 門口僅有告示，不出售產品給穿著病服與吊掛點滴之病人，但未說明「禁止」著病服人員進入。 本人推著乘坐輪椅之病人，在未進店門前，已先特別與櫃檯服務人員確認，是否可以將輪椅上之病人推入門市，因為本人（非病人）想購買飲料。 門市人員回答「可以」，但規定不販售飲料給穿著病人服或吊掛點滴之病人，病人也無法在店內飲用。由於輪椅上之病人無法以口進食，根本不會在店內使用飲料，所以僅是與我一同進入店內消費而已。 我將輪椅推入店內，馬上有另一位女性服務員跑來趕人出去，「說病人無法進入店內消費」，剛剛已經是很「委婉」的拒絕說法。 我回覆：剛剛進來之前就已經先與你們確認過，僅不販售病人產品、病人亦無法在店內飲用。但是我本人並非病人，可以在店內飲用消費吧！ 此女性服務員，一直強調，他們沒有直接說不准病人入內，只是說不販售給病人產品，就是「委婉的拒絕方式」。實際上就是指責是顧客沒聽懂他們的「委婉」，因為他們實際上就是「不准穿著病人衣服者入內」。

沒有任何道歉，卻是一再表示並指責，他們的說法已是「委婉的拒絕」，是客人沒聽懂。 Starbucks...
