7月7日去雙和醫院探望親人，在此店買了芋泥奶凍卷，剛出店門被告知探視的親人因糖尿病不適合食用，隨即返回店家，櫃檯店員了解後辦理退貨，因操作上不熟悉，便向後方兩位聊天的店員求助，其中一位馬上大聲的說不能退貨，本人質疑為何同間店，兩位店員處理方式不同，隨後出來另一位 店員，一路上高喊，怎麼了嗎？，怎麼了嗎？當下委婉告知情況，該店員看了下商品，指著櫃檯內大喊拿180給他!!商品馬上拿去銷毀!! 若不能退貨請一開始就明確告知，不能退貨也不強求，重點是貴店員工的態度...

店面整潔明亮，空間雖小但商品種類玲瑯滿目非常齊全，店員服務非常親切，麵包價格雖走中價位路線但也有不少平價的選擇，除此之外還有飲料、蛋糕、餅乾、甜點、蛋糕......，在DM設計上也請國際知名的平面設計師兼攝影師馬賽KYO作設計還真是大手筆呢.....綜合來講...

拿破崙派很好吃，蒜香起司麵包，芋頭蛋糕，菠蘿麵包， ……好吃的麵包很多，還有一些簡單的飲料，例如拿鐵水果茶，店員的服務態度也很棒，第一大樓B...
