As a tourist, I felt discriminated against by the staff for the following reasons:
Every table received tea service, but even after our food was served, we still hadn't been given any tea. I had to go to the counter and personally ask the staff member, Linda Chiu Wen-Lin邱文琳, for tea.
The spoon that came with the children's meal had three dried rice grains stuck to it. I took it to the counter myself to ask Linda for a clean one, but she didn’t even offer a simple apology.
The curry rice was covered in a layer of oil. When I brought this to Linda’s attention, she responded by saying that it was normal for it to be this oily. If I had any complaints, I would have to call the head office myself—she even wrote the phone number on the receipt.
I was extremely disappointed. Just like every other customer present, we paid for our meals, yet we were treated unequally. As an international visitor, I felt clearly discriminated against. I asked the waiter for water at one of the branches, but I had to wait for a long time! It wasn't until I finished my meal and asked her for water again that she gave it to me. There were not many customers in the store at that time, and the waiter just stood there and refused to give me water. 2. In the two branches I visited, the waiters did not greet customers. They will ask you directly what you want to eat and then ask you "Is that all?". This makes me feel very uncomfortable and the attitude is very stiff. Read more真的很懷疑這家店有沒有店長在監督,我連一顆星都不想給,07/18中午帶小孩到店用餐,感覺店裏的員工都很不耐煩,整理餐桌動作很大聲,後來一位先生幫我們點餐,雖然感覺的出來不是很有熱忱但我們還可以接受,我們等了許久,比我們晚來的學生們餐點都已經來了,問了一位女員工才告知,剛剛並沒有把餐點送出,那位女生臉很臭說要幫我們重新點餐(當下我們也很不開心)但對方沒說一句抱歉,嘴巴反而一直重複說這又不是我的錯,剛剛又不是我點的(你是在哈囉嗎?你不是這家店的店員嗎?你的同事做錯就要擺臭臉給我看嗎?),當我們要點餐時,不但沒有道歉,還很不耐煩的喊:「份~量~大~小、大~小!」態度極為惡劣,我當下非常生氣我也吼回去;原本你們只要好好道歉我們也就算了;離開時這位小姐嘴巴到最後還一直不斷地說剛剛又不是我點的。 此家店已拒往,以前在台北市下班常吃,但現在管理出現了問題,應該是sukiya...
