Broth base is at the thicker & oily side, however you can always request as per your preference. Chashu pork is average, texture of the noodles is my liking but it tastes a bit like the egg noodle to me. Marinated soft boiled eggs is highly recommended ^ - ^ Waiting lines are common sight here especially during lunch and...

The ramen is great. There was a queue outside and this was recommended by the staff from Tommy hillfinger.

Soup is good and portion size is big even for the normal size. But you would want to top up for additional meat to make the meal more worth it. For the price, it’s decent and the broth is well...

★拉麵迷請進→FB搜尋：『台灣拉麵愛好會』、IG：twramenclub ▎區域／鄰近地點：新北市／林口三井outlet 2F ▎用餐時間：9/3 18:50 ▎排隊狀況：有，約一小時 ▎拉麵名稱／價格：超值東京拉麵+超值豪華味噌拉麵／180+228(13周年半價活動) ▎配置：大碗濃麵硬，麵硬 ▎延伸：#屯京13周年 屯京在三井可以說是屹立不搖的餐廳，尤其是麵食類，每次到用餐時間屯京的門口總是排不少人。 相較其他拉麵店，每次都讓我思考上面一開始提到的問題。 許久沒吃屯京了，屯京是我開始吃拉麵的一個過程，雖然沒有合我當時的喜好，但是它曾經是我想吃拉麵的清單之一。 這次本來想說趁這活動再來試試看，尤其有麵友說第一天其他台北的分店根本沒排到隊。 選了林口才知道我太天真了，林口的屯京果然還是魅力無法擋，店外人龍轉了三個彎。店內位置多看著店員忙進忙出也覺得屯京的訓練蠻強的，這樣的活動其實翻桌有在我的預期內。 當天魚介口味賣完了，有點可惜，不然我是想吃那一碗。 屯京近期價格調整過，一碗豪華的品項價格已經快破500，這是蠻多麵友在意的點，同樣價格有其他拉麵店的選擇。 但是排隊的時候，聽到不少人在聊天說很常來，還有一組家人說一周來一次小孩都會吵著說要吃。屯京符合大眾對拉麵的想像，排隊方式和座位也親子友善，我想這都是屯京始終生意好的原因吧！ 尤其它的店幾乎都在百貨商場內，街邊店也都在很精華的位置，所以人力、抽成等，這樣的價格其實不奇怪。 我吃完之後也覺得有符合且達到麵友的基本要求，可以了！ ▎超值東京拉麵+超值豪華味噌拉麵： 其實預設屯京口味都是走大眾化，店員點餐通常都會問有要調整嗎，其實大部分聽到都是不用或是淡居多。 然後味噌的名字有夠長，然後有被圖片誤導以為只要是味噌的品項都會有奶油，結果是名稱上有奶油的才會有。 所以想點奶油的麵友可能要留意，不然就是要加點。 上麵的速度算快，我看一次可以最多出四碗。 店內有熬湯的壓力鍋和湯鍋分開作業。 超值跟超值豪華，就是差異在調味的京蔥多寡，豪華幾乎是兩倍的量，可以吃超爽！ 京蔥我自覺覺得是屯京拉麵的精華，一定要有這個味才對。 桌上有調味料可以自行添加，芝麻蒜泥我覺得最搭，因為豚骨湯還是跟大蒜是絕配阿～ 湯頭厚度一般，但是濃味上鹹度呈現不錯。 叉燒是五花，也算厚沒有切到很薄，超值給好幾片其實吃下來蠻不錯的。 調味的京蔥搭配湯和麵吃，增添風味也很配。 味噌的部份我覺得調味就是了味噌的風味，但是沒到很強烈，不過鹹度上有比豚骨的高。

The ramen is great. There was a queue outside and this was recommended by the staff from Tommy hillfinger. Soup is good and portion size is big even for the normal size.
