The restaurant we visited was the sub Brand of Shin Yeh, does not have English name 欣葉小聚今品, located at Mitsui Shopping Outlet in Linkou county, New Taipei City

Believe this Brand they do have other branch in Taiwan

Wanted to eat here many times but there are just so many other places to choose from in the outlet. Finally convinced the family to give it a try instead of our usuals. Sure we thought it's a glorified stir-fried places you can find all over Taiwan, but they obviously put in more finesse with nice presentations in a fancy atmosphere. There are just so many dishes to choose from and we only have so much room in our stomach. We tried the dishes people recommended and they were really good. Whilst the food are equally tasty like in the usual Shin Yeh Taiwanese Cuisine restaurant, the selection is limited and not as fancy. I guess, hence the name Bistro.

You order through scanning a QR code. The manager came and informed me that I ordered dishes from “yet-to-be-released” section. She made it sound like it was my fault. If it’s unavailable to order, then lock the item or hide it from your electronic menu. The manager didn’t even ask if we’d like to order other items, she just left.
