[享用日]：2024/05/02 [價位]：平民實惠價 [優點]： 1.店內乾淨整潔，隨時有店員做整理。 2.多元化點餐方式，電話，app,QR code皆可點餐，內用也有取餐叫號機，很方便。 3.店員熱心服務，顧客的要求，都能細心解決。 4.隨時有搭配很多優惠，最熱銷是蒟蒻禮盒的買一送一活動。 5.店內櫃檯有消毒液，洗手台也設在垃圾桶旁邊，設計者很貼心。 6.有與台輪精緻旅社合作，免費供應早餐，還不賴。 7.有提供素食餐點，奶蛋素及全素都有，很貼心。 [缺點]： 店門口僅一個停車格，機車會被迫停在人行道，要小心。

今天第一次在摩斯遇到這麼不舒服的體驗。 假如這位 孔令X 小姐 這麼不想過年上班 可以請您排休，其他同仁服務都比較好，不開心還跑去後面跟其他同事抱怨？都當客人是空氣，看不到嗎？給餐點 還要其他 "內場同事給"，請問他們帶 衛生手套，還跟我對餐點，真的不知道有沒有符合，貴公司的，衛生規範。

正文如下： 約莫早上10點10幾分入店，告知要兌換，配合飯店業者的兌換券。因飯店業者告知有豐富菜單可以選擇，卻到現場被 孔領X 告知說：現在只有餐券後方的選項可以選擇，當下反問時，很不耐煩的回覆。那個有其他選項的，只到昨天。 想說好，沒關係。那就選 上面選項，只是詢問上面餐點的選項縮寫是甚麼意思。口氣就更差了。就是漢堡的口味。還是你要三明治。（你們若合作時，就選這樣的縮寫，就請要被問的心理準備） 當下想，算了 可能過年要上班，心情不好。一開始就問＜外帶還是內用＞，就已經回答了，還要再次詢問，口氣也不怎樣。理智線直接斷裂。後續還要去跟同事抱怨，同仁都抬頭看我，請問真的當看人，眼睛看不到嗎？ 一個看起來應該是當場的值班經理（？...

所有連載具系統都搞不定的連鎖規模店家，都值得零星評價。明明已經提供載具了，還打發票出來，一句道歉都沒有，若無其事的把問題都推給機器，不推還好，我當你不熟練，推給機器，那就是店家差勁的問題，連做生意的工具都無法好好搞定，我如果想接受紙本發票就不會搶在你們連問都不問要不要用載具之前，趕快表明要使用雲端發票。既然也感應到了載具，還能出錯，那就是你們的問題，連主動詢問要不要退掉重打都沒有，一句機器有問題就簡單帶過，非常差勁。

這已經不是第一次發生了，不是搶在客人拿出載具前就急著按出發票，不然就是刷了載具，還是一直給紙本發票，你們要這樣還不如在旁邊擺個捐發票的桶子，我為何要多一次接觸，還要拿一堆紙結果最後根本不知道塞去哪裡的好。

這個留言就留給我自己提醒貴摩斯分店已經忙碌到連修正都辦不到，...
